You've Gotten Quiet

"Keith your back" Shiro smiled as he went to hug his younger brother. "Keith is back!" Hunk jumped in glee as he ran and gave Kieth bear hug.

"Welcome back" Pidge smiled hands neatly folded near her waist. soon Allura and Coran joined in the commotion. Keith smiling and laughing at the stories Pidge told what happen while he was gone.

In the kitchen Hunk humming while cooking with Pidge and Keith sitting near the counter talking away, catching a figure behind his peripheral vision was Lance talking to the mice.

"You've gotten quiet Lance" Keith pointed, feeling disturbed. "I have never seen you this quiet before" Lance stood up dusting his knees "no, I have been always like this, you changed" Lance smiled walking away having with three little mice follow him.

"Don't mind him, Lance been acting moody for a while now," Pidge said then finishing her story.

"Where's Lance?" Keith asked as everyone as they began to eat dinner. "Don't mind him, Lance said that is essential to skip dinner sometimes because its bad for the skin," Allura said scooping a spoonful of Hunk's new creation.

Keith not buying it, "I'll ask just in case then" leaves the room. "Hurry up then, we have so much to catch up with" Hunk smiled waving. "Ok"

As Keith knocked on his door, "Lance?" With no reply, Keith began to knock again, "Lan-" "What are you doing?" Lance spoke behind him jump scaring Keith. "Oh, I was wondering if you were hungry, everyone is waiting for us to come" Keith smiled awkwardly looking down and everywhere but Lance.

"Its ok, I already ate, besides I already ate before you arrived here so I'm still kinda full from that." Lance smiled giving a thumbs up. "Really? That was five hours ago" Keith folded his arm not clearly not believing him.

"Lance, you've gotten quiet, no you change so dramatically while I was gone for a few missions, what happened?" Kieth clasps his hands on Lance's arm. "Didn't they tell you," Lance words were bearly audible to Keith's ears. "What?" Keith asked, "Don't mind Lance, don't mind me" Lance smiled and went to his room leaving a confused Keith alone in the hallway.

"Guys, what's wrong with Lance?" Keith began barging in the Dinning room. "What are you talking about he seems fine" Shiro began but was interrupted by Keith.

"Fine? FINE!!!? Lance is so quiet, so different from when I left to help the Balde of Marmora" Keith was offended that this quiet state of Lance became normal to them. "Keith its fine, don't mind Lance and-" Allura tried but failed to calm down Keith. " "Don't mind Lance? Lance is probably going through something but all you guys are ignoring him?" Keith asks in disbelief.

"He chose to stop talking to us, we offered a hand but he pushed it away Keith. What do you expect when we saw a change in Lance. We tried but Lance kept saying he was ok and told us to don't mind him so we did"Coran told Keith. There was a pause of silence, "Did everyone try to help Lance?" everyone nodded.

"Then why is he so quiet. he looks like he will cry any moment when I talked to him"
