Plenty of weeks have passed as the new year was almost approaching. The winter show was going to occur in a few weeks and everyone was practicing.
Some were going well.
Chanyeol and Sooyoung got finished with the first practice. They were doing "Love Lies" by Khalid and Normani.
Sooyoung was sitting on the floor as they were in Chanyeol's basement.
Chanyeol handed her a water. She looked up to see him giving her a small smile. She returned the favor and takes it.
"Thanks." She smiled.
"No problem." He said before sitting beside her.
Sooyoung took a sip of the cold drink and face Chanyeol, "So, you can sing and rap?"
Chanyeol chuckled, "I was gonna ask the same thing."
Sooyoung pursed her lips as she thinks.
"Well, yeah but I'm not good." She hugged her legs laying her head on them.
Chanyeol tilts his head, "What do ya mean? I think you're good."
Sooyoung shrugged, "Heh, I feel as if i'm not good like my girls. Taeyeon and Sica are the best of vocals. Hyoyeon is the best at rapping and dancing.Tiffany and Sunny are the best at making jokes and make others smile. Yuri is good at being sexy and she's good at dancing. Yoona is just pretty! And Seohyun, well she's good at most stuff. Then there's me."
She frowned and Chanyeol just watched her.
He looked away as he bit his lip.
"Well, you're good at eating that's for sure." Chanyeol joked which made Sooyoung giggle a bit.
"I believe in you Sooyoung, besides I think you're great. Besides we're both the tallest out of our friends. We can both sing, dance, and rap. Everyone is different." Chanyeol said.
Sooyoung smiled as she played with her bottle, "Why are you being so nice to me? After all, we both had a bad start." she questioned.
Chanyeol shrugged, "I dunno, I just know people don't intend on being a certain way. After all I believe everyone deserves a second chance."
Sooyoung nod, she stood up. "Well, I'm sorry and I hope we can start over..as friends?"
Chanyeol stood up as well hovering over her, "Sure. Friends." he hugged her. Sooyoung was shocked as the guy was hugging her.
She slowly gave in and hugged back.
They stopped a few seconds later, Chanyeol smiled. "Now close your eyes, no peeking."
Sooyoung shrugged before closing her eyes.
Chanyeol ran upstairs to get something.
A minute later he came downstairs with something.
He stood in front of her and smile, "Ok, open."
Sooyoung opens them to squeal.
"Omo! You didn't!"
Chanyeol smiled, "Yep, after all a bet is a bet."
In Chanyeol's hand, were a box of cupcakes.
"Thank you, Chanyeol!" she said happily.
"You're welcome. Um, can you take the box my arms about to fall off."
Sooyoung giggled before taking the box.
She puts it down in a corner and they went back to practice.
