*Emmet*
When I woke up this morning, went to my new school, and had to stay in the Counseling Office for about an hour I had no idea I would be meeting the most gorgeous girl I have ever seen in my life. I had planned on telling no one about my past dealing with my parents, but she had this . . . this way about her that just made me want to open up to her. She actually kind of reminded me of my mom - she had her eyes, I think that's what first caught my eye. Later though, when she was walking me to my new class I saw her hair, it looked so soft and silky, and went all the way down to her butt. I have a thing for long hair, and her butt wasn't bad either if I do say so myself.
As we walked into my new class, all eyes were immediately on me, which made me kind of nervous. But, after they saw me they saw Emma and she had everyone's attention, just like that without even saying anything. I could tell she was popular, and everyone looked up to her as a leader. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing yet.
After she introduced me to the class she led me, her arm linked with mine, to our seats. We sat in the very back of the class next to three other girls; all were pretty, almost as pretty as Emma. I sat on the end next to Emma, there was a cute blonde next to her, a pretty black haired girl with really green eyes after her, and at the very end there was another blonde with crystal clear blue eyes. Is this school hot-girl-central? I think I might like it here.
"Girls, meet Emmett. Emmett meet the girls," Emma said, then she started going down the row pointing to each person as she said their name, "that's Katie - but we call her Kat -, that's Nathalie - but we call her Nat -, and that's Sabrina - but we call her Sab."
All the girls said, "Hi," at the exact same time.
"Hi," I said, and then looked down at my bag. I'm too nervous to talk to anyone right now. I know it must sound like I'm this really shy kid, but you'd be nervous if it was your first day too. As I actually started listening to the lesson the teacher - Mr. Peach, I think - Emma started talking to me.
"Do you have your schedule with you?" she asked leaning over, I nodded. "Can I see it?" I nodded again, and she looked it over.
"We have six classes out of the seven together, not including lunch." She said, sounding happy.
I grinned, happy to know I could spend most of my day with her, "Which ones?"
"We have history, science, language arts, reading, P.E., and choir together. They put you in the advanced choir. So you're a singer?" she asked lifting up her eyebrow.
"Just a little," I said. "What about you? You're a singer too?"
"Yeah," she said, "but I'm no good. I barely ever get any solos."
I guess her friends must've been listening because just then all of them said, "No!" really loud and the whole class turned around to look at us.
"Ladies, may I ask what you're talking about?" Mr. Peach asked.
"Well," Emma said right away before anyone could say anything, "we were just discussing you're lesson. I argued that if I wear to get a real diamond and use it to try to scratch glass it would be able to - be able to cut glass i mean -, but the girls thought it would be too weak. Who's right here Mr. Peach, because we can't figure it out." I starred at Emma, and wondered how she, so quickly, came up with an answer that he couldn't really get mad at, because it was about his lesson-minerals-.
"Oh," Mr. Peach said, surprised, "well in this case you would be right Emma. If the diamond is real, it would have no problem scratching glass."
Emma smiled in victory, looked at the girls and said, "told you."
