     A thunder of paws raced after me, and I willed myself to run faster. I accidentally crossed into black blood territory in search of my little sisters that went missing last night. A nip at my tail forced me to realize the dire situation I was in. The pack wolves would chase me out of their territory, and keep going far into unclaimed grounds. The only escape I found was a large tree with a single low hanging branch
     I sped up a little, and jumped onto the small branch, and quickly made my way up to the top of the tree. I shifted and changed into a pair of sweats once I knew that the wolves would not follow me into the tree. I sat and opened a box of cheezits from my duffle bag and looked down to a growing group of clearly agitated men.
     "WE JUST WANT TO TALK!" One that I assumed to be the beta yelled up at me.
     "OKAY THEN COME UP AND TALK TO ME" I chuckled and tossed a cheezit up and caught it in my mouth.
     A chorus of voices erupted all at once and caused a loud buzzing noise to fill the air around the tree. I sat there listening into some conversations, all saying the same things, for around thirty minutes. This dumbass rogue is seriously pissing me off. I can't believe the alpha won't let me climb this tree and bring him down myself. We can't just sit around here all day waiting for him to get tired of sitting in the tree. Why is the alpha calling the shots if he isn't even here?
     I chuckled again and pulled out my phone and began playing some stupid game. That's when I heard it, a loud set of paws rushing. Then a powerful force came all at once and made my head hurt and I got seriously light headed. The alpha had arrived and his power was radiating all around the place.
     "COME DOWN RIGHT NOW!" I shook my head.
     "SORRY! YOU AREN'T MY ALPHA AND CAN'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO! YOU ARE FREE TO COME UP IF YOU'D LIKE!" I yelled back. Seconds later a frustrated growl sounded through the woods, and the alpha spoke quietly to some warriors.
     I looked down, and saw him storm off, presumably back to his pack house. I shrugged and got back to my game.

     "This damn rogue is infuriating, I swear when I get my hands on him he will be sorry he ever sassed me." My mind was racing fast trying to find a way to get the rogue down without harming any of my warriors.
     "Maybe you could ask him nicely to come down for a chat." My younger sister added from her spot on the couch in my office.
     "I have an idea! I'll just ask him nicely. Wait. That's a terrible idea, he is a rogue, doesn't deserve that amount of respect from an alpha like me." I laughed out loud, and started to pace around the room thinking of better ideas that wouldn't compromise my title.
     "I could ask him." My sisters words stopped me in my tracks. That was actually a great idea. I nodded and motioned for her to follow me to the tree.
     We decided to walk in human form to the tree and talk about the ways that we could get him from the tree.
     "Peyton, if I sense even the smallest amount of danger, I will not hesitate to kill Him. Do you understand me?" She rolled her eyes and nodded.
     "I was thinking, if you allow it, I want to get him to submit, I could have protection and you won't have to worry about me all the time!" I thought about it for a few seconds and thought that it was an okay idea and nodded to my sister.
     She smiled brightly, and seemed to have a little skip in her step.
     We arrived at the tree, and were greeted by tired and thirsty warriors, and my beta, Blake, who looked absolutely pissed. Right away I noticed an Apple core near his feet.
     "Where did you get an apple?" Peyton's voice rang out.
     "Why don't you ask the rogue sitting up in that tree. I'm sure he has all the answers you could ever need." He huffed, and I chuckled.
     "Okay Peyton, talk to him."
     "HELLO?...I JUST WANT TO TALK! PLEASE COME DOWN! I PROMISE WE WONT HURT YOU!" Peyton shouted up and we waited for an answer.
