Dear Amy,

I have been a fan of your work for a few months now. I know that not may seem like long, but that has been long to me. You were one of the first authors I discovered on this website and by far one of my favorites. The first story of yours that I read was Cotton Socks. I absolutely adored the way you wrote the characters and their relationships with one another. It quickly became one of my favorite stories I've read.

I followed you and began reading more of your stories. All your other stories are amazing as well, even the ones you have now deleted. I didn't think you could get any better, but with every story you seemed to become even better, even more inventive, even more intricate, and create even more developed characters. You quickly became one of my inspirations for writing and because of you I realized my passion for writing. I admire your creativity, passion, the amount of effort you put into these stories, the amazing way you write your characters, storylines, character arcs, the messages you put in these stories, everything really. It's hard for me to truly put into words how much I've learned from your stories and how much they've inspired me. In my opinion, only the best authors can make someone cry, and that's exactly what you've made me do, countless times. Your stories have made me cry, laugh, smile, and everything in between. When I heard you were leaving, I was sad, but it wasn't just because you are leaving, it was because you said you were leaving because of hate comments you received. I just want to tell you that the hate means nothing. You need to know that you are an amazing writer that has inspired not just me, but countless others who have been lucky enough to find and read your stories. You are an amazing writer who deserves the world. Not only are you an amazing writer, but you're an amazing person too. The amount of gratitude I see you have for the people who read your stories, your followers, your friends, and amount of success you have achieved is astounding. And the fact that you've created another story to tie up everything so that you not only leave with your own happiness in tact, but you make all your readers and followers happy and content with the ending to your stories is amazing. I just want to say, thank you for everything you have done. All the stories, all the laughs, all the crying, all the effort and passion put into these stories, everything. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. When you truly leave I want you to know that you have done something incredible, you have changed the world. You have positively affected and changed many people with your stories, your kind words, relatable characters that we may not be able to find represented anywhere else, and more.
You are a wonderful person and when you leave, I want you to be as happy as possible. I don't want you to leave with any regrets, because everything you have done on this site is incredible, and I want you to be able to look back on this part of your life and think that it was worth it. I'm sorry if that was a bit long and dramatic, but I can tell you that everything I have said is one hundred percent genuine and that I do truly mean everything I have said. You may not even read this, but if you do, thank you. I hope you have a long, great life and are successful with anything else you do in life.
