A Day In The Amusement Park

Hoseok regrets waking early. If he stayed in his and Jimin's room longer he could just be home and watch Netflix. Crazy Taehyung had to suggest they go to an amusement park today since they have a week off, and Seokjin was happy to comply with the kid's wishes. Though Hoseok figured even if he did sleep, he'd just be disturbed and woken up, maybe even dragged along by Jungkook.

They're standing at the entrance and his members are excited, save for Yoongi-hyung who looked about to hit something. Hoseok smiles internally. At least there's someone on my side today. Taehyung shakes his arm, jerking him from his thoughts, and he points excitedly at something. Seeing what the kid referred to, the rapper couldn't help but gulp nervously. It's a roller coaster and it goes so high. Just seeing the loops made his stomach jump.

"Hyung let's go on that!" Taehyung said to him.

Nope. No way. No no no no no! He was not going to ride that- thing and meet his death. No, he'd rather be on solid ground where he can ensure his survival and safety. All natural calamities be damned. He's staying here. If he only brought super glue he wouldn't hesitate to stick it on the floor and plant his feet there, so he wouldn't be forced.

"U- uh... I refuse," he said to the younger dongsaeng, who frowned.

"Aww why?" Without waiting for a reply he turns to the maknae and grabs his shoulders. "Kook let's go on that."

The youngest was grinning huge and answered "Sure hyung. If you're not too coward." Taehyung gasped dramatically as if offended, and in no time at all they were laughing and teasing each other.

On Hoseok's other side he distinctly heard Jimin whimper. He turned to him and tried to comfort him with a rub on his back. The younger looked at him. Hoseok sympathized with the kid. "TaeTae may be my best friend but sometimes I can't help but wonder where he gets all these crazy ideas." Hoseok smiled apologetically at him. He knows the feeling. He's been feeling it since they arrived here.

Seokjin was busy admiring everything with Namjoon and Yoongi by his side to listen to him. Though Yoongi honestly wasn't paying attention. He was annoyed beyond hell that he had to come along. He was looking forward to a day of sleeping and lazing around. Then the kid had said he had to go to the amusement park since it's been a long time he's been there. Seokjin was more than happy to agree and he said they're leaving no one behind. On the ride going to the place Yoongi seriously considered opening the car door and just jumping off so he could walk home. It wouldn't be a problem. But to his disappointment he was far from the door. So he wasn't able to accomplish his initial plan. Seriously he just wants to go home.

"Hyung can I go home?"

His answer was immediate. "No you have to stay and have fun. I won't allow you to laze around at home sleeping the whole day."

Yoongi groaned. "Ugghh but I wanna go home!"

This time Seokjin ignored him, opting to talk to Namjoon. Yoongi groaned louder at being ignored. Seeing that Seokjin won't talk to him unless it's about going home, he trudged toward Jimin who watched Hoseok play with the other two maknaes. Jimin gave him a smile and turned back to the trio.

"What's up hyung?"

"I wanna go home," he grumbled.

He was met with Jimin's laugh and a pat on the shoulder. "And Jin-hyung won't allow you huh?" he guessed.

He grunted as reply, and Jimin gave him a consoling hug before he was beckoned over by the maknaes, Hoseok going toward Yoongi since he was a bit tired from all that rough play. "What's up hyung?"

He repeated his answer and was surprised that Hoseok replied "Me too." Yoongi looks at him. "I wanna watch Netflix and can you believe Taehyung asked me to ride on the roller coaster? I'd rather stay here on the ground where I'm safe." He nods as if assured. And he thought he saw the younger look at the ground with something akin to longing. Guess he was serious.
