But I wasn't the breath I was expecting, I thought I had reached the surface of the water but I was still under. I felt my body tremble violently under the surface wanting to hash for air, but I couldn't, I couldn't reach far enough.

I still saw my father before me but my vision was becoming blue the same blue as my glow from within me.

I felt the shine get larger and larger, until it got too bright to handle, I shut my eyes tightly and held on to my self, almost like I thought it would help.

I felt nothing though. I didn't want to open my eyes in fear of what had just happened and I knew it was not a good happening at all.

I felt slightly cold too, a breeze hit me after a few seconds, sending a shiver down my spine. I realised I was not in water anymore, neither gasping for air, neither holding on for dear life. I opened my eyes. I was speechless at the sudden change in scenery.

It was a road, a quiet one, with no cars.

I stood up from the pebbled floor, feeling colder than ever, I looked down and noticed I still only had my bikini on from the hot tub. So many emotions were racing through my head, but I couldn't do anything about it, all my tech was at home and my mechanical hand wasn't powered by Jarvis or Halliday or Friday.

All I could do was walk down the road hoping that some car would approach me with a warm blanket at least. Because my hair was wet I felt like I was going to get hypothermia very quickly.

Finally after what felt like forty minutes, I saw car head lights in the distance, I put my hand out to call for them but they quickly stopped in the distance, slightly too far to make out why they stopped. But I saw smoke coming from the front of the car, they must have broken down or maybe hit a tree.

I walked down the road a little longer, picking up the pace when I saw that the car had crashed into a ditch of some sort. I saw a motor bike near the car but then he turned around and headed to the car again.

I ran close enough to the wreck so I could see what was happening and who was in it, hiding behind a tree so they wouldn't see my nakedness.

I saw a man on the motorcycle, he had a mask covering his face and his eyes were covered in black he got off and opened one of the doors on the car, pulling one of the passengers out.

I knew who it was as soon as I heard the sound of pain from one of the passengers. It was the sound that had drove me mad for years after I had gotten out or hydra. It was my old work partner from the 90s, Howard Stark and his wife, Marina.

I knew the road too, and the girl in back seat. It was me.

I couldn't wrap my head around why I was here, why then and why now. I saw this frequently when I slept, some how it got into my nightmares one way or another.

I wanted to wake up, But I couldn't, even though it felt like every nightmare, something was different. As usual It was horrible to watch, knowing that Bucky was the person behind that mask he wore.

He never showed any emotions, killing my parents, but when he saw little Y/n in the back, it looked like he'd been brought back to reality. I never usually got this far into the dream though. I was always too scared of what would happen.

"Are you okay?" He grabbed her from the crashed car, I was crying loudly in pain from my hand being smashed and broken, he noticed the hand too. "It's going to be okay, don't worry." He led the younger me, hand in hand, and took me towards his bike, he stopped though, seeing me behind the tree.

"Y/n?" He stuttered.

"You know who I am?"

"Of course... I didn't know you were real though..." he looked down and the 12 year old looking Y/n next to him "I'm not helping you because you have a broken hand, its because you were the one that saved me in my nightmares, so I'm going to save you from this car crash, but I can't save you like you saved me," He told me. It made so much sense, somehow we must have had the same dream, but together.
