What you will need:
- 1 and a half cups of plain greek yogurt
-2 handfuls of fresh blueberries
-15 strawberries (fresh if you don't mind adding in some ice)
- 1/4 cup of apple juice
-1 cup of cool whip
- A blender

Process:
1. Throw in all of your strawberries and blueberries into the blender. If you decide to use frozen fruits, you won't need to add ice cubes. If you use fresh fruits, add in about 4 small ice cubes. (Sorry this is vague, I never use measuring cups)
2. Add in the plain Greek yogurt into the blender and try to blend the mixture. Most likely you won't get too far, but that's okay.
3. Pouring in a little bit of juice, milk, or even water could help it blend together.
4. Now if you are into adding spinach or kale into your smoothies, you could. I'm not a fan of putting that into my gelato, so I'll skip it. This is the time to add in the cool whip.
5. Blend this mixture one last time. The consistency should be very thick.
6. Pour the smoothie into serving size containers ( about 4-5 containers for this recipe) and freeze for 30 minutes. You don't want it to become completely solid, but just enough so it's like... gelato..

Wow aren't these instructions so detailed and helpful. You could put whatever you want in this to get other flavors such as pineapple mango or strawberry banana. All you need to add extra is Greek yogurt and some whip cream. I'm just giving some ideas that's all 🤷‍♀️
