Death encircles everyone in this story. Death watches as Gwendolyn died. As Olivia cried for her. Death watched. Death always watches. Many people know death, 76 billion in fact, but they are dead. No one in the living world knows death. No one, except those who in the story many, are not known, yet.
Death has never been formally introduced in the story but you have seen her crawling back in the story, watching as those surrounding her slowly dies in what can be years. Many things in this story won't make sense, at least now.
They will show up in others stories. Stories that are getting darker and darker. Darker, a curious word isn't it? How things can lose light and change its look. How something can change in just a blink of an eye. Just like the narrative of a story. Stories that will make you see the world in a new light. A dark light, something it isn't possible.
