TIME SKIP TO THANKSGIVING
I woke up and ran downstairs to my mom making Thanksgiving dinner.
"Hey honey, are you gonna help this year? " she asked preparing the turkey.
"You know what I don't see why not, Jack and I have no plans so sure. " I said putting on a apron.
"Actually I wanted to talk about him, I invited him for diner and he said yes but that's not what I wanna talk about." she said I was excited he was coming.
"sure ask away. " I say starting the mac and cheese
"It's been almost 10 months since you two first started dating hun. Have you two had sex?" she said that and then I dropped the box of mac and cheese.
"W-what? " I said
"Have you two had sex?" she said stoping
"Would you be mad? " I said
"Well no cause I've known. You looked different when you left for your date with him. " She said it so understanding.
"It was when I was babysitting his little sister after she fell asleep it just happened. "I said continuing to make food.
"Did you want to?" she asked.
"He asked me if I was sure, and I said yes. " I said draining the noodles.
"I say he's welcome to the family honey. " she said as I smiled.
Time skip to dinner
I set the dinner table while the family was coming in slowly watching the Superbowl. The doorbell rang and I ran to answer the door. I opened the door to Jack standing there looking his best.
"hey beautiful. " he said pulling me in to a kiss. I giggled and brought him in. He walked in to the kitchen
"can I help with anything y/l/n?" he asked.
"Oh hunny call me y/m/n" she said.
Jack nodded .
"you could call everyone for dinner if that's OK with you. " before she ended the sentence he was gone and back with my family. We all sat down to dinner Jack puts his hand on my thigh. We both took a bite of our food and complimented my moms cooking.
After dinner Jack and I went upstairs and snuggled watching y/f/m. Your mom came in to check on you.
"Hey guys graduation is coming up. I was wondering if you two wanted to do something afterwards?" she said it as Jack and I looked at each other and shrugged.
"Mo- I mean y/m/n I just want to me with y/n that day if that's OK with you." when he said that I realized be nearly said mom and so did my mom.
"Hunny that is fine with me whatever you two want but can I get pictures of you two?" Jack nodded and I smiled
It's hard to believe we were both 18 and gonna start college. After my mom left I cried
"y/n what's wrong? " he said
"we won't split up like everyone does in college will we? " I asked sobbing.
"y/n I would never leave you I will always be here with you. I-i love you y/n" he said it first I looked at him.
"I love you to Jack." I said kissing him. I realized I was happy with Jack my family loved him and my mom welcomed him. I wanted a future with him. I feel like he was the perfect one for me.
