Only one line popped up and we both sighed because we were disappointed.
"I'm sorry y/n." Jack said as he hugged me. I looked at my stomach and sighed.
"I was looking forward to having a family with you. " you said. We both stared at the test.
"Wait look do you see that it looks like another line!" Jack said.
I looked at the test and sure enough it was faint but it got darker by the second. We both looked at each other in amazement and smiled. Jack was obviously excited he happy cried and hugged me tightly. I kissed Jack and thanked him.
"We take you to the doctor to make sure everything is going fine and your health and everything is healthy. " he said as I nodded in agreement. He paused.
"what are we going to tell your parents?" he said. I smiled cause I always wanted to do a baby reveal.
"I got it trust me. " he nodded and hugged me.
"what do you want for dinner tonight." I said to him.
"pizza then cookies and milk!" he said as I laughed.
"Want to watch Rick and Morty when we eat? " I asked.
"I love you so much." he said smiling. I went downstairs to make the pizza and start the cookie dough as Jack kept working on the house. I finished the pizza and while it was cooling I started the cookie dough and he came in to eat a little. I served the pizza as I put the cookies in the oven. We watched Rick and Morty while we laughed and laughed. The timer went off as he paused it I brought back milk and cookies.
"I wuba luba love you! " (it's a Rick and Morty reference if wubba Luba dub dub if you don't understand) he said as I laughed and set the plate of cookies down and we both started to eat. We yelled pickle Rick when Rick turned himself to a pickle. We watched a few more episodes and then we both decided we were tired. He took me upstairs and we both dressed in our comfort clothes. I slept on his chest as we snuggled. I was pregnant with my baby and I was excited to find out the gender even though Im not that far in the pregnancy. But the problem was how am I gonna tell my friends and family?
