Tanu's pov:

Mom was waiting for me. I was so happy to be back home. I freshened up and messaged Aarav, Armaan, aryaman and others that I reached safely. I also told Aarav that I will call him once I am free. I had my lunch and slept because I was very tired. It was almost evening when I got up.

I heard mom calling me and saying that she had to go to the market. I said ok and got up. Thank God now I will get sometime to talk to Aarav. I had not called him since I was back. I searched for my phone which was buried under the bed sheet. I picked it up and saw 5 missed calls from Aarav.

Oh god this guy😂😂😂😂😂😂 can't even wait. I did text him that I will call him once mom leaves….but he is so impatient. I need to call him before this 5 missed calls turn into 20.

I was about to call him when my phone rang. Aarav......I immediately picked up the call. But before I could say something-

A(Aarav): Tanu!! Are you ok? Why aren't you picking up my calls god damn it? Where were you? I thought you were gonna call me in the afternoon. It's already evening and you still didn't call. I was worried jaan. Now will you just keep mum like this?
T(Tanu): Are you done? Can I speak now? you just assume things and don't even let me speak.
A: I am sorry ! I got just too excited to speak to you. Missing you already.
T: Its ok, no problem I understand. Actually I was very tired so I slept. Mom just went outside now so I thought of calling you but you were more excited to talk. And even I am missing you.
A: Fine ok. Did you reach safely? And did you eat?
T: Yaa. Of course. mom will kill me otherwise. Did you take rest?
A: No. The thing is I had a meeting immediately at 11:00 so I just freshened up and left. Our 2 events are lined up so I have too much work these days.
T: Ohhh, but still, you should go home early and eat something. Rest for sometime at least. How will you concentrate if your body and mind don't support you? Please take rest. Go home.
A: Ya I will dear. Just 15-20 mins more. Hmm and yes I will eat something. What the hell wait Anirved! Let me talk to her!
T: What happened? Why are you shouting at him? Give him the phone na I want to talk to him.
A: what did you just say? I called to talk to you not to listen to your and his conversation. If you want to talk to him call him later.
T: Hawww... Aarav why so possessive? Acha ok tell him I will call him later. Now, I will talk to you. Say what you want to say
A: That's like my girl. So I wanted to ask you that what time will you be free tomorrow? I will wrap my work up till that time. We need to talk to your friends na so I will come to pick you up. By the way would you prefer a car or bike ?
T: Of course bike. And ya tomorrow I will be free by 10:15. So you can come till then. But where are we going tomorrow ?
A: Brunch kind of a thing.
T: Where ?
A: That's a surprise. No questions on this. Trust me you will love it Ms. Singhaniya
T: Oh so Mr khanna is trying to impress me? But you know it's not that easy.
A: I will succeed, trust me.
T: We will see tomorrow. Let's see if you can impress me. Hey! I just realized that you know a lot of things about me. Tell me about your friends and family. I hardly know anything
A: Hmmm actually I have limited close friends. Just like you. They are very close to me....they are my family. You will meet them very soon and about family, I am a single child with no siblings but I have cousins. And I am close to only some. You know I love my maa alot and my dad is like my inspiration, my strength. That's it. That's my small family. They don't stay here in Mumbai. They stay in Delhi. I stay here alone at Worli. I miss my family alot but one day I will get them here. Once I am well settled and my company reaches the heights which I have imagined, I'll bring them to stay here.
T: I'm sure you will reach there very soon and I am excited to meet your mom. But before that, I wanna see your house.
A: That would be a special moment.
T: Everything has to be special for you na.
A: Yes. As you are special for me, everything should be special for you.
T: ( this made me blush) enough aarav! Don't make me feel so special and pampered 🙈🙈🙈
A: You know you look more beautiful when you blush and I wish I was there to see you all red. I have noticed the red nose of yours really looks too cute on you. Just like a bunny.
T: Hawww bunny! Do I look like a bunny? And who said I am blushing. I am not.
A: Oh don't lie to me. I know when you blush and yes you are like a bunny. Cutie.
T: And you are like a..... Like a ...... Umm.... I don't know but I am not a bunny.
A: ( laughing ) ok ok. Don't make that angry pout. Smile now.
T: How do you know I pout when I am angry (shockingly)
A: Observations you know.
T: You observe me too much don't you ?
A: I have full rights to do that. But if you don't like then fine I will look and observe a girl who is right now standing in front of me and who is trying to grab my attention.
T: Don't you dare ha Aarav. Don't even look at her and you better leave that place. Why is she even looking at you? Where is Anirved isn't he with you?
A: Chill dear! Anirved went to meet Radha and I am leaving anyways because I am done with my work here. You know she is beautiful but not more than you so, I am not interested
T: So you mean if a girl is more beautiful than me, she will be able to take you away?
A: For your kind information madam, in my eyes there can be no girl as beautiful as you are. You have to bear me for your whole life because I won't choose any girl over you. It is only you and will only be you till I die.
T: Aarav Tu es très mignon. Merci beaucoup. Je ne comprends pas quel Mots utiliser pour ton beau coeur. [ Ok guys please pardon me if there is any grammatical error or wrong statement formed I am still a 1st level french learner]

A: What are you saying?
T: It's for you to understand. It's in French.
A: Acha you have the right to say anything to me be it good or bad.

Door knocks
T: Acha listen, I guess mom is back. Go home rest and call me directly tomorrow. Now no calls. You are going home and resting ok I will text you at night.
A: Is it necessary to go? I was loving this.
T: All good things have to come to an end for sometime.
A: Hmmm.... Bye love you.
( Mom came in front of me )

T: Haa Okhi bye. Don't worry I reached home properly. Mom is also ok now she is back ya ya she is here.
A: Oh so mom is in front of you. Hmm ok bye take care.
T: Hmm bye take care.
( I cut the call hurriedly)
T: Mumma you are here. Okhi called to ask whether I reached safely or no.
M(mom): Acha ok come down let's have some tea.
T: Yes mom.

Thank god. If she comes to know I would have been out of the house begging her to open the door. Yaa I mean I will tell her in near future but, this is new for me as well let some time pass by and let me analyse it then telling her would be safe, she would agree for it only if she is sure that I am sure about it. I sighed loudly.

In the night we spoke for sometime and then we slept early, waiting for a lovely day tomorrow. Waiting to see each other, to meet each other. Soon the wait was over and the next morning arrived.
