My POV ~
It was still in my first year at my new school. I hardly knew anyone except for Alex Collins, my female best friend (Yes Alex is a girls name).
We didn't really socialise much with other people. We kind of just glanced at them as they walked past. When I first moved here Alex was one of them girls who sat in the library and ate on her own. She was without a doubt beautiful; it had just gone unnoticed by practically all the human population, except for me obviously.
Back when we first met, when she got paired with me for an English project (Because I was the new girl) I kind of hated it because she insisted she done all the work, she thought I was a cliche kind of girl and was just going to let the 'nerd' get on with the work.
Anyway moving on I'm Violet Hemmings, your not so much typical kind of girl. I like to think I'm extraordinary. But I'm probably not. I hate most people so coming across a girl like Alex that I actually like was rare.
I don't like going out, at all. No parties, dates or anything really, if it involved leaving the comfort of my room I probably wouldn't do it. I'd much rather sit in my room on my laptop, watching American Horror Story. I mean have you seen Evan Peters, he's much better than any party. Who knew someone could be so intriguing yet so pale and mysterious.
We barely know the other students which are accustom to the school, it was only strictly a first name basis, but we knew everything about them since nothing is really a secret and everyone talks about anything here. Privacy isn't an option unless your me or Alex, which is because we only tell each other things and wouldn't dare tell another soul.
