EXTENDED SUMMARY
Ginny Allen knew that she was a budget child the moment she stepped foot in the Allen household from the foster care. Having the unsaid burden of being compared with her sister Liz at every waking hour, Ginny takes a detour from her parent's expectations by living a more carefree life.
On the evening of her seventeenth birthday. Ginny ends up drinking more than she should and wakes up on her front porch with torn clothes and a terrible hangover. She vows to become a better person from that careless night but all her plans go to waste once she realises that she is indeed pregnant.
Ginny feels a cloud of stress wash over her as history begins to repeat and the seventeen year old becomes restless to find a foster family along with the real father. Though her attempts fall futile, and her image at school detriotates. Ginny finds herself hanging out with the "weirdos" Peter Parker and Ned Leeds.
When Peter's secret is revealed to her, she strokes up a deal to with him to help him out with his English coursework while he uses his tech to track the different fathers.
Friendships are formed, as are enemies and Ginny finds herself battling with her biggest insecurities while bonding with the sister she once detested.
NOTES
—This is more of a character driven story which is set in the backdrop of Spiderman Homecoming. It deals with inspired by one of my favourite movies called Juno. Which you should definitely check out.
—Ginny is adopted so her biggest fear about her life is that she might end up like her drug addict of a mother who had her very young. So when she gets knocked up, she fears that everyone is going to abandon her before she can even blink. Which is why she is adamant about finding the real father and discussing this whole deal before deciding whether on not she wants to keep the baby.
—Throughout this time when her mom, Dad and Liz are really iffy about her condition. It is Peter who helps her out through the tough times because he doesn't judge her like the others. Which is why she she is kinder to him than the others. She also has a very warm relationship with Aunt May and Ned Leeds
—I really adore Liz so it'd be great if Ginny and her relationship with her father and Liz are seen developing throughout the book. Especially Liz because Ginny used to believe that Liz hated her. It is through their bonding that she realises that Liz never hated her, she just wanted to look out for her. The same goes for the rest of the family. The story is basically about Ginny gaining acceptance and overcoming her insecurities
—the plot of Homecoming will persist but changes can be made to incorporate more of Ginny and Peter's friendship.
—Apart from this, the story is open-ended. The password is your favourite Homecoming character.
