Chapter 15

Jungkook's P.O.V:

After I saw her running away. I fell down to the ground. I had to say those things to her because Yuju

warned me, if I didn't stay away from Nayeon, she will be hurt. My heart ached. Nayeon is the only girl

I loved, telling her those words, killed my heart. I am just trying to protect her, even if it means I hurt

her. I headed to the café and drank something. After I was done and was walking to my dorm when I

saw Chanyeol and Nayeon. They were holding hands. They were heading to Exo's room. I decided to

go follow them. I heard the whole conversation.

Conversation:

Exo (except Chanyeol): Hey guys!

Chanyeol and Nayeon: Hey!

Exo: What's up with you two coming here so quick.

Chanyeol: Guess what?

D.O: What?

Something happens and they all begin to ohhhhh.

Baekhyun: No way! Really!

Nayeon: Yeah

Kai: Congratulation guys. I hope your relationship will skyrocket!

Nayeon and Chanyeol: Thank you.

End of hearing:

I couldn't bear hearing anything more. "They are.. Dating?" I said quietly. I could feel my heart shatter.

I decide to head back to my dorm. I open the door and I quickly headed to my room. I couldn't bear

the pain. I started to throw everything in my room. I began to yell too. "Kookie what's wrong."

Namjoon hyung said. "Nothing now get out hyung." I yelled. "You're not alright kookie" He said as he

came to me and told me to sit down. "Tell me what the hell made you like this?" He said. "Nayeon." I

said. "What did she do to make you like this? She can never do anything wrong she's an angel."

Namjoon said. "I accused her of things she didn't do because I wanted to protect her." I said. "From

who?" Nsmjoon hyung asked. "Yuju from the group Gfriend." I said. "Okay continue." He said. "She ran

crying up to who knows where. I went to the café to calm myself down, next thing I know when I am

starting to head back to the dorm, I see Nayeon and Chanyeol holding hands. I overhear their

conversation with EXO, turns out, Chanyeol and Nayeon are now boyfriend and ." I say but stop. "and

Girlfriend." I continue. Suddenly I burst into tears. Namjoon hyung hugs me and says, "It's going to be

alright. Maybe she wasn't meant for you." Namjoon hyung says. "She is meant for me, she was the girl

I wanted to marry since I was little." I said. "What do you mean?" Namjoon hyung asked. "I've known

her since we were little. I know she liked me like I liked her." I said. Namjoon just continued to hug me.

Chanyeol's P.O.V:

After we went to my dorm, I decided to take Nayeon back to her room. "We are going to sing this

song that Baekhyun wrote with another girl, as the opening. Principal IU also said you and Baekhyun

will preform in three days." I said to her. "Oh okay." She said. We finally arrive at her dorm. "I'll see you

tomorrow." She said with a smile. I hug her and say, "Feel better. Okay." She nods. I let go of her and

she enters her dorm. I leave and head back to my dorm.

Nayeon's P.O.V:

I entered my dorm and sat down on the couch. "Hey Nayeon!" I heard someone say. I look and it's

Chaeyoung. I wave. "Are you okay?" Chaeyoung asked. "Yeah, I think it's just that I'm nervous because I

am dating someone now." I say. "Dating!!" Chaeyoung and other voices. Then I see the rest of the girls

come out and say, "Who are you dating?" "Is it Jungkook?" Dahyun asked. "Or, Chanyeol?" Jihyo

asked. "Chanyeol." I said. Half of them were cheering, the other half were sad. "It's fine, as long as

Chanyeol treats you well, than we support." Dahyun said. All of them nod. I just sit there and say

nothing. I like Chanyeol and a lot. But, I made a promise. I feel guilty because I broke it.

Memory (11 years ago):

"Nay-shiii!!" Kookie said. "Ne." I said. "Let's make a promise!" He said. "What type of promise?" I asked.

"To never date anyone but each other." He said. "Okay!!" I said with a smile. "Nay-shiii!! You are very

pretty!" He said. I can feel my face slowly burning up. "Thanks kookie-ah." I said. "Can we marry each

other when we grow up?" He said. "Okay kookie-ah!" I said. We hugged each other. He quickly pecked

my lips. My eyes widen. "Kookie-ah! We are kids." I said. He just shrugs and continues to play. I still

stand there, doing nothing.

Present:

I just sit there and remember. "I shouldn't feel guilty. He broke his promise first." I said to myself

remembering the fact that he began dating someone first before me. "I need to walk for a moment." I

said. "Okay." They all said. I headed to the garden and sat down. I looked up at the sky. It was dark yet

so I just stared at the blue sky. "Hey Nayeon!" Someone said to me. I look at the person. "Baekhyun?

Why are you here?" I asked. "I needed fresh air, plus it seems I cam at the right time. What's wrong?"

He asked. "Nothing I'm fine." I said. "Nayeon, you can't lie to me." He said. "I know. It's just that, I like

Chanyeol, I do and a lot. But-" I said but he interrupted me by saying, "But he isn't the one." I looked

down. "Give him a chance at least. If he really isn't the one for you, then break up with him." He said to

me. "I guess you're right Baekhyunnie! Thanks best friend!! Saranghae!" I said as I hugged him.

"Saranghae too Nayeon!!" He said as he hugged me back. "Please don't tell any of this to Chanyeol." I

said. "Don't worry, I won't say a word." He said. I smiled and thanked him. "Don't forget to practice for

our performance in three days." He said. "Okay oppa!!" I said. I got up, waved bye at him and left to

my dorm.
