Bridle: A device made of leather straps and metal that is similar to those worn by horses. Drage bridles are usually bit-less to allow for maximum comfort and easy fire-breathing for Westerns, Wyverns, and older Ampitheres; though a cruel rider will fit their Drage with a bridle that contains a thick steel or copper bit for more control and discipline. Come in various colors and designs.

Reins: Typically attach to the lower part of the bridle and are made of a single strip of plain leather or several strips of leather or cotton fibers braided into one strip that give the Rider control of the Drage's movements as well as a surface to hold on to. For Drages that don't like bridles, bridle-less reins do exist. These attach to the horns/antlers and/or spikes on a Drage's head or/and face by removable rings made from copper, brass, or titanium and can be custom made. Come in various colors and designs.

Saddle: A piece of thick leather that prevents the Rider's legs from painfully chafing against their Drage's scales and ending up with rashes or blisters while helping the Rider stay on their Drage. Some have stirrups to make it easier for the Rider to stay on. The overall shape and style of the saddle depends on the species of the Drage being ridden. There are two main 'body' types that resemble the english and western style horse saddles. They are embued with a special form of magic that makes them automatically fasten onto the Drage without the Rider lifting a finger and appear as a fist-sized chunks of bloodstone, quartz, jasper, marble, agate, malachite, turquoise, obsidian, or other stones that have been cut, polished, and smoothed until it touches the Drage's chest in their true form. Come in various shapes, sizes, designs, and colors.
