Jake

"All I need's a little love in my life, All I need's a little love in the dark! A little but I'm hoping it might kick start...Me and my broken heart! Need a little loving tonight. Hold me so I'm not falling apart! A little but I'm hoping it might kick start...Me and my broken heart!" Jake sang.

He just couldn't take his eyes off of her. She was just so...beautiful. No scratch that. Gorgeous.

She had light blue eyes and wavy hair the color of summer.

She was sitting in the third row. Jake tried not to look at her as he sang but it was hard.

"Shotgun! Entered my heart you got one! Tear me apart in this song! How do we call this love? Ohhh oh ohhhh! One time! Tell me you need me tonight. To make it easy. You lie and say it's all for love. Ohhh oh ohhhh! It feels like we're losing control! So bad it don't mean I'm not alone when I say," Jake continued to sing.

               Did she like his singing?

               Why wasn't she cheering?

               Was she just shy?

Eventually, he could see her smile and start to dance a little. That made him happy.

When Jake was done, tons of girls were screaming. Except for her. She was just clapping.

"I'd like to dedicate this next song who looks exactly like summer," Jake said, looking directly at the girl.

The girl looked shocked but was still blushing.

"So take my hand and make it easy for me. Cuz it's been hard enough just watching you tonight. I don't wanna hear your reasons, baby. We all want the same thing. We all want the same thing. So take my hand and make it easy for me. Cuz it's been hard enough just watching you tonight. I don't wanna hear your reasons, baby. We all want the same thing. We all want the same thing," Jake sang.

There was another girl next to the summer girl who was dancing very weirdly. She looked like she was trying to hump a donkey. Jake smiled amusedly before continuing on.

Jake wiped his forehead with a towel. That was quite the show.

As he went out to get a drink at the vending machine, he could hear footsteps.

He hid his face but he could still peek through. There were familiar brown lace up boots walking. He looked up and saw the summer girl.

           "Hey!" Jake shouted.

The girl looked up before saying, "I'm sorry. I didn't know this place was off limits."

"No. It's ok. I don't really mind," Jake replied.

The girl smiled and Jake's heart skipped a beat.

"What's your name, if you don't mind me asking?" Jake asked.

"Summer. I don't think I should ask your name," The girl answered.

Wow. Not only did she look like summer but her name was Summer. Jake should be a psychic.

"You're very pretty, Summer," Jake complimented.

         "Thank you," Summer agreed.

"If you don't mind, can I ask you out? On like a date?" Jake asked.

"You would want to go out with me?," Summer asked in disbelief.

         "Yeah," Jake answered.

"Ok. Yeah. Sure. Wonderful," Summer agreed.

"Ok. But we'll have to meet somewhere no one will recognize me," Jake said.

"I have just the place," Summer said with the prettiest smile.
