What would you do if you were asked to marry an arrogant god?

When Anna Carter is asked to marry the god of mischief in exchange for wealth, she makes it her mission to try to understand why he had tried taking over her home planet, earth.
The constant knocks on the door woke Anna up. She stands up, not really being a morning person at times. It weirdly depends if she didn't eat much the day before and last time she checked, she didn't eat much last night. (literally only a sandwich lol)
She stumbled towards the door without really thinking and opens the door to see a man with yet again black clothing. Her eyes widen in realization, she felt as if she was being followed and now that's been answered. She tries to slam the door but the strange man holds the door firmly.
"Excuse me, Mrs. Anna, but this is urgent." I bit my lip at this and fear instantly consumes me, "listen, just give me a few days to pay the rent. I swear to you that I'll be paying it sometime next week!" I plead to him as he stares a me with a bit of surprise.
"No no that is not necessary. I am Agent Coulson of SHIELD," he shows me his badge as he speaks, "and I was sent here by Tony Stark and Nick Furry to give a request that might change your life." He smirks at me as if he just told me the greatest news of my life.
"T-Tony Stark?" I was speechless. I would believe this was some sick joke from one of my co-workers or neighbors of some sort of revenge but he showed me his badge. I don't think this was a joke, but I really hope not to be fooled. "you're kidding right?"

"No, I'm fortunately not. Now, may I come in?" He stares behind me waiting for his invitation to speak with me and now I just realize that I'm in my pajamas and my small apartment is a mess. My room is probably the size of their bathroom or something. As she nodded, she let him in with shame. She felt as if her cheeks tinted red because of her apartment room. He looks around the room with an expression that I couldn't quite make out but it makes me slightly frown.
There was so many thoughts going through my head. Does SHIELD want me to become an avenger? that would be amazing! Or maybe they want me to become an agent or something... Anna mentally curses at herself for these childish thoughts. She could barely even speak up for herself, how would she ever have the courage to fight ?
Anna leads the sympathetic Agent Coulson to the couch and they both sit across from each other. "Now, can you please tell me what's going on?" Anna pressures since she actually feels a bit excited. Sure maybe he's been following her or she might even die but this is the most exciting event that she's felt in a while.
Agent Coulson takes a deep breath before starting, "As you probably know, S.H.I.E.L.D. was the group behind The Avengers Initiative. They created The Avengers to fight the battle that S.H.I.E.L.D. itself never could and to protect the world ..." Anna taps her foot, and interrupts him, "so you want me to become an avenger?!" she had the widens grin on her face and at this time Phil knew she would be great for the task she was gonna be assigned to do.

"what?" his face shows clear amusement as Anna's face turns beat red at the thought. "It's just you seemed like if you were gonna ask me ... I assumed that just maybe you were recruiting random people or I don't know I thought maybe you guys started to get desperate since ya know what happened a few months ago with that alien guy." He keeps a light smile on his face at her behavior. "This is actually about him. Loki."
"what would that have to do anything with me?" He then stared at me, and suddenly the door slams open. Tony Stark walks in with his nose scrunched up looking around the small apartment. He talks into his earpiece, "JARVIS, make sure to tell Barton to get me some hand sanitizer"
Anna's jaw drops as Tony still stares at this place in disgust. Guess he wasn't used to living the poor life. He looks straight at Coulson, "did you tell her?" Coulson shakes his head and says, "no I was about to but you came in." they both talk to each other but I just stay in my pajama shorts and dirty T-Shirt as two men, one a multi-millionaire and the other one an agent, stand before me talking as if I'm not here.
"Hello?! You guys are talking as if I'm not here !" I was not one to talk but this was just unbelievable. Tony sighs and walks to me as he slowly looks at what I'm wearing. I cough as I feel insecure suddenly, and he starts carelessly, "Okay here's the deal. You marry this puny god of ours and we in exchange give you wealth." He stares at me as my face scrunches up. Phil quickly speaks up, "What Tony means is, if you agree to marry the person we're talking about, you'd be able to live without a worry in life. You wouldn't have to work, go to college, you wouldn't have to worry about your bills, anything you'd want."
Anna feels intrigued and slowly processes it all. She wonders who they mean. She doesn't question how they know most of her problems but they'd probably read her like an open book while following her. Also, probably heard her talking to her mom.... mom. she wonders what her mother would think if she'd be here right now. would she approve or disapprove ?
"okay that's it!" Tony starts to walk out, "I can't stand this place anymore. I don't know how you live in this exhausting place. They'll be a cab waiting for you outside to take you to The Avengers building." Phil follows Tony and gives me an apologetic glance, "we could tell you more about this agreement over there at the building, I'll see you soon Ms. Carter... well if you still wish to continue this."
Anna is left bewildered as her door shuts and she wondering if what just happened was a dream. She pinches herself and winces
