Drew's POV
I wish she would leave me alone because she has to know by now that I am not interested at all anymore anyone I am happy with Amara.
After texting her back I put my phone back in my pocket and of course it started ringing I hoped it wasn't who I thought it was when I looked at the color ID I was happy it wasn't.
"It's my father isn't it" Amara says annoyed. I knew she was comfortable laying on me and me moving every five second was most likely getting on her nerves.
"yeah" I nod to her with relief that it wasn't who I thought it was.
"Drew I wanted to let you know she's coming to California to help look after Amara and help us figure out who tried to kill her"
"I can do that by myself I don't need her help" I say sternly.
"Yeah but I am going to need you more and while we are working together she can look after Amara and beside it would make me feel better about her being safe"
"If s-" I was going to say she until Amara started looking at me as if something was wrong.
"If It comes here your going to start a war in this house" I say sternly.
"Well let their be war as long as the girls are safe I am fine with it"
"But"
"But nothing Drew it's finally be prepared for her she arrives tomorrow with everyone else" Her father says sternly while hanging up. shit I am so going to be dead.
