You ever not know what you feel?
You ever not know if the dull pain of loneliness is real ?

You ever wake up every day
And know that the pain is coming but you want to wish it away.

You ever wake up every day wishing someone would realize
The pain that's clearly hidden in your eyes

I can't explain how I feel
Everything about this is so surreal

My emotions are out of control
Some days I feel like letting go

I dont know what this is about
I wanna let all these feelings out

You ever not know what you feel?
You ever not know if the full pain of loneliness is real?

I can't explain if this pain is real
But it's not something I should feel

I don't need a man to be complete
All I really need is a heart beat.
