I've decided to listen to the words you say,
That I was just made this way.
With my hands in my pockets,
And my heart made into the shape of a locket.
I'm the weirdest of the weird
And everyday I tire of being here.
So with my held in tears
And these overwhelming fears ,
I say this
"Ole Pray, could you save me today?
And every other day."
Because my heart keeps telling me,
Telling me to believe, that there will be a you and me
I just have to wait and see.
You're face shines the brightest,
And I'm in awe of your kindness.
Maybe I wasn't born to fit in,
But baby I never wanted to anyways.
Just to describe him,
Is like trying to sing a church hymn.
His existence is a melody,
But I fear that I am a bit off key.
With my big blue eyes,
And my overwhelming depressed sighs.
How could I ever be with this guy.
I believe I've loved you before we've even met,
How come I haven't lost this notion yet?
Ole Pray, can you believe any of these words that I say?
Or do believe that what my heart tells me is a lie?
That you were never the right guy.
