Dean decided to call Cas. He had no other choice now. He was only worried about one thing. What would Cas think of him? He was a monster, an abomination, something Cas had tried so hard to save him from, he had finally let go. "Castiel. It's Dean. Umm..we need to talk so can you get down here?" He peeked out with one eye. Looking around the room, but there was no trench coated angel to be seen. Dean sighed. "Well. What the hell am I supp-" There was a loud bang from outside and Dean rushed to see what it was. Cas laid out on the ground, his eyes lightly closed. His nose was dripping blood and his breaths were short and rapid. "Oh shit, Cas. What the hell have you done now." Dean picked up the angel and placed him in Sam's empty bed. He pulled up a chair and sat by the angel, hoping he would recover quickly.
A few hours later and surrounded by empty beer bottles, Dean was nearly passed out in his chair when he heard a small, faint voice. "...Dean..?"
"Hey Cas, hey stay with me!" Dean grabbed the angels hand and squezed it tightly.
"Dean, I...came as soon as I heard....you call...."
"Hey, it's okay, just umm save your strength. It's just Sam is missing and I think Crowley is behind it and I can't find either of them, I just..." He trailed off, tears began to roll down his cheeks. Cas gave him a small smile before passing out again. His hand was limp in Dean's. He screamed out in pain. He couldn't loose Cas. Not Cas, not Sammy. The only person he was willing to loose was himself.
Sam looked into the mirror, grining widely at the reflection. Lucifer laughed, "Well Sam, I didn't know you would ever say yes to me. I thought you were better than that." He looked down at the plaid and jeans Sam was wearing and smiled back up at the reflection. "Well first, we need to get a better outfit for you." He held up an all white suit and grinned. His reflection nodded, tears slowly falling down his face.
Dean tilted his head back, letting the cold whiskey flow down the back of his throat. He slammed the glass onto the table, letting out a sigh. He looked up to see Cas stumbling out of the room. "Hey Cas, you okay?" The angel nodded.
"Yes Dean, it's seems I'm okay but my head hurts." Dean let out a laugh.
"It's good to have you back. Umm..Cas, can I ask a favor?"
"Sure Dean, what do you need?"
"I need you to find Sam and see if he's okay." The angel nodded and in a second he was gone.
