Years ago at Namimori Hospital...
Twin cries echoed through the halls. A baby boy and girl both having been born not even an hour ago. Within the hospital room in which they had breathed their first, a couple sat by each other.
The Mother exhausted but satisfied and pleased with the arrival of her babies. The Father gazing at his wife in relief and happiness as he held his family in his arms. A small family of four but the parents knew their children would become amazing people as they grew up.
.oOo.
Everything was great even though the father always out for his job and only returned on the twins' birthday, that little family was always seemed to be happy...
"Mama, look, look we made a flower crown for you" A set of bright and happy twins chirped as they presented her a daisy chain.
"Waaah~ My babies are so talented" She gasped as she bent down to let them place the crown on her head.
"Mama is our favorite, so Mama is the Queen," Her little girl said as she giggled with her brother at the praise.
"Un, Mama is the Queen and Tsu-Chan is the princess," Her baby boy said with such conviction she couldn't help but giggle at the boy's adorableness.
She tickled her babies and they all laughed along. Her babies also liked to play with her by dressing as each other in order to confuse her...
.oOo.
It was always bright day and sunshine. So, never in her wildest moments had she prepared for the tragedy that hit them not so long after that...
Never would have anyone thought that such a tragedy would befall the happy trio. Only time would reveal what had been hidden in plain view, what had caused the traumatic event in the first place.
"WATCH OUT!!!" she remembers screaming before red...She lost one of her baby that was only five... and she regrets it 'till this very second.
.oOo.And so, 10 years later that brings us to today...
"Tsu-kun" A voice called out in the dimness of his dream world. "If you don't wake up you'll be late for school"
"Nah, 5 more minutes Kaa-San..." a whine could be heard escaping those pinkish lips as the owner trying to get back to the land of the dream
"But those 5 more minutes will mean you'll be late and Hibari-Kun won't be pleased if you're late," the mother said again, and the mention of that certain skylark has successfully on making that teenager jump.
"KAA-SAN, I'M GOING TO BE LATE WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME?" That brown-haired teen mentally screamed before rushing around to get ready for school.
The ever so oblivious mother just carried on as if nothing strange happened "Also I got this flyer for an exchange student, who has also offered to tutor you, he'll be here once you get home from school"
"Kaa-san..." a dead-pan look was given as those pair of brown quickly scanned the said flayer, before then a sigh escaped followed by a lazy wave, "Never mind, I'm late, Ittekimasu"
and of course, the mother would always reply happily with an- "Itterasai~"
Well, This is the life of one, Sawada Tsunayoshi, or Dame-Tsuna as most call him. But what no one realizes is that he is more than what meet the eyes...
