Tsuna's POV

School is finally over. But that doesn't mean that Reborn's torment stopped. It was quite the opposite as now I found myself panting while still running through the neighborhood for the nth time already.

My whole body screaming for me to stop but the trigger happy teen behind me forcing me to carry on. To stop would mean to lose my life. Therefore I must carry on running.

In which, while I'm on it, my mind wonder on the commotion this noon. I couldn't help but think, 'Reborn's parents are both absolutely gorgeous, I bet even blind people could tell their connection to each other. Reborn's brother though, Ven... as in Ventura, I think? I mean, if I'm not mistaken Reborn has once mentioned him in one of his calls...'

I kind of curious about him...

Heck, I'm curious about that spawn of Satan's whole family.

I mean... Reborn himself could be mistaken as the devil. For sure someone had influenced him. And besides, the way he mentioned family business is kind of shady.

I'd bet my whole life that it's Mafia-related... I'm sure 1000%

But anyway, I was so into my deep thoughts that I didn't get to hear the loud shouts right around the corner...

"KYOKO? EXTREMELY WHERE ARE YOU-?" And because hadn't paid attention, I ended up bumping into someone and fall backward onto the hard ground.

"ARE YOU EXTREMELY OKAY?" The voice yells and I wince at the sheer volume of the person standing above me.

"I-I'm o-okay" I stutter as I look up. 'Hey... isn't that'

"Sasagawa-Senpai?" I called. And of course, everyone knows him from both of his loud voice and a huge obsession with boxing. Which speaking of... he had asked me on joining his boxing club two days after Reborn's arrival. Saying something about how extreme I was while running? Which of course I declined. I mean, if only he knew the reason why I ran for my life. I'm still baffled on how Reborn hid those bullets from the civilians' view.
Well, anyway...

"OOOOOH SAWADA! WHAT AN EXTREME COINCIDENCE!!" he shouted again as he helped me up. All the meanwhile I rubbed my poor ears.

"haish.... please tone down, Senpai. What's the matter anyway?" I mean, putting aside the loudness, he seems to panic and rather edgy than usual.

"Oh yeah, about that..." he suddenly sounded serious. And boy, oh boy, that's so weird.

"Sawada. I need your help" he said again and I blinked, slightly nervous.

"Whatever it is, Dame-Tsuna will do his best" -and of course, my torturer must sign me up on everything.
I can't even glare at him, therefore I only shot a look that screamed 'WTH?!?!' In which, of course, have no effect on him, and senpai was too oblivious to see.

"OOOH! YOU'RE HERE TOO MASTER PAO-PAO?!" -I really don't know why Senpai called Reborn that but, to be honest, I don't want to know either.

"yeah, anyhow senpai, you said you needed ou- Sorry, I mean, MY help. On what exactly?" I sighed, seeing how easily senpai got distracted.

He blinked comically before then turned back to me.

"Oh yeah. Kyoko. She's missing..." he said shaking my shoulder a bit as he looks straight to my eyes while my brain tried to proceed what he just said...

'Kyoko... as in Sasagawa Kyoko? Our school's idol? Ah, they have the same name... wait, so, Sasagawa-san has a brother? Huh... I never knew.' But then senpai's words suddenly sets in. In which I then reflexively shrieked.

"HIIIIEEEE!!!! what do you mean Sasagawa-San is missing? You must be kidding, right???" But unfortunately, that's not the case since he shook his head.

"Kyoko usually went to school either together with me or with Hana Kurokawa..." he paused a little. "Now, the thing is, Hana Kurokawa is sick and I just returned from my morning jog. My parents' said that Kyoko went to school all by herself. But when I came to her class I can't find her anywhere!" He said in fast words.

"Wait, are you sure that she's not in the restroom or something?" I asked. I mean, it's possible, right?

"I have checked every girl's restrooms, library, canteen, and everywhere!" Somehow at the thought of him entering girl's restrooms, I find no other purpose on asking over those bright-red hand-prints on both of his cheeks.

I sigh before looking down for a few moments to think on the situation.

Though, now that I think of it, I hadn't seen Kyoko-chan all day. I hadn't paid attention to the role call either... Tch, if only I realized sooner.

"Ano..." I start looking at him once more, he in return looks at me intently "Does Senpai have any enemies that might have taken Sasagawa-San? Or maybe any idea as to people who seem to have more interest in Sasagawa-San than they should?" I ask him and he looks at me before pulling on a face that I may have laughed at if it hadn't been for our current situation.

"I Extremely knew no enemies. And Kyoko is obviously loved. I extremely don't know..." Senpai hummed to himself after a long time of thinking.

"Have you tried to call her phone?" I ask after a moment of silence.

Reborn looks at me with a blank look that makes me shiver... did I do something wrong?

Before I can ponder on that, Reborn speaks "it would be a stupid action if she's actually kidnapped. The kidnapper might get the wrong idea. But Dame-Tsuna is correct in a way, we may be able to pinpoint where she is if we hacked her phone."

"Uh... about that." Senpai then pulled out a cute girlish phone from his pocket which obviously not his. Therefore I feel the urge on facepalming.

"So she didn't bring her phone. Just great..." I muttered to self. Luckily senpai doesn't seem to pay attention to me.

"Should we call for cops?" -and now, his tone shows a pure concern that I feel sorry for him. He must be feeling responsible for this.

In which just then, all of the sudden my mouth moved on its own as I unconsciously said...

"Don't worry Senpai. We'll help you on this and we will find Sasagawa-san. I promised you even if that's the last thing I would do"

-I know that I will regret saying this in front of Reborn... I mean, if that smirk of his wasn't obvious enough as the sign. But I just can't help but assure him that everything will be okay.

And to say, the bright grin that he shot me back was enough to convince me of my choice.

Oh well... I guess it's not that bad to play hero once again. And besides, I'm sure Reborn will come to my aid when things get too much for us to handle.

--Who knows the day when I trust my back on a devil finally comes...
