Hoseok's lips crash onto his.

Taehyung freezes, his eyes widened to their full extent. Hoseok is kissing him. On the lips!

The elder holds Taehyung's face in his hands, his eyes closed with his lips pressed against Taehyung's, hard. Taehyung's mind goes blank and his eyes finally flutter shut.

Hoseok feels Taehyung's body relax slightly and takes that as a sign to move his lips a little, tilting his head. Suddenly, Taehyung snaps back to his senses and pushes the elder back harshly.

"What are you doing?!" Taehyung screeches, his cheeks flushed. His heart is beating like crazy. The person he's in love with just kissed him but his confusion overrides his excitement.

"I-" Hoseok starts but is interrupted by the flustered younger.

"No! Shut up! Just shut the fuck up! It's my turn to talk." Taehyung says, his voice raising above the meek whisper that he adopts when he's around the other.

He takes a few steps forward, pushing the elder. "You don't get to do that! You don't get to be an ass and then just play with me! You don't get to dangle yourself in front of me and then snatch it away! I'm fucking sick," he pushes him again, "of being walked all over by you just because I'm in love with you!"

Hoseok gasps at the younger's confession. He loves me? Hoseok thinks, blocking out the younger's weak punches at his chest.

Tears fall from Taehyung's eyes as he pushes and hits the elder with everything in him. He's tired. He's truly tired of all the bullshit that Hoseok has thrown his way and he isn't putting up with it anymore.

Hoseok holds out his hands out in surrender. "Taehyung, I lo-"

Taehyung suddenly stops his advances. "Get out." he says barely above a whisper, cutting the elder's words off.

Hoseok takes a careful step forwards. "Just listen, Taehyung. I lo-"

"I said get out!" Taehyung screams. "You didn't want to talk so I'm fulfilling your wishes! Get out! This isn't your room anymore so fucking leave!"

Taehyung is done with the elder's crap. No, he's beyond done. He's done waiting for a miracle. He's done crying at night because the elder doesn't return his feelings. He's done with Hoseok's temper that crashes through his heart like a tornado and leaves him broken and hurt. He's done with everything.

Hoseok's heart aches as he takes in the younger's appearance. Eyes puffy, cheeks flushed and glistening with tears. It hurts even more when he knows that he's the cause of those tears.

Hoseok takes a deep, shaky breath. "Taehy-"

Slap.

Hoseok's eyes close, his face turned to the side from the blow. His cheek reddens from the slap. Taehyung just hit him. Slowly, Hoseok returns his gaze to the broken boy in front of him, naked chest and tears. He just hit him.

Disbelief floods Hoseok's mind as he slowly raises his hand the spot where the younger had just slapped him. Taehyung would never hurt a fly, Hoseok knew this.

"Get out." Taehyung repeats, his voice wobbling. Only this time it isn't angered or spiteful, it was pained. Pleading.

Hoseok bites his lip and nods lightly, still cradling his stinging cheek. Although the pained seems numbed to the agonizing pang in his chest.

He loves me? Hoseok thinks, stalking slowly to the door, leaving all of his things behind.

He walks slowly. Hoping, praying that Taehyung will stop him and run into his arms. All this time the younger had returned his feelings and he'd been a unbearable ass to him. He'd never love Hoseok now.

He opens the door and pauses. "I love you, too," he whispers.

Without waiting for the younger's response, he walks out the door, taking his pain and love with him.
