Recognizing Insomnia
People suffering with Insomnia have trouble falling asleep or wake up numerous times after falling asleep. To most, sleep can come hours after one first lays on the bed. In my case, until the next morning, just a few hours before I'm to wake up.
Insomnia could have many causes, from stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental illneses.
Insomnia can create many issues for the person that suffers from it, like poor concentration, troublesome memory, irritability, fatigue and sleep deprivation.
If you have Insomnia, do not try to fix the problem with sleeping pills, alcohol or any other non-description sleep aids for they could easily worsen the situation.
