After Second Giant war.
We have won the war. And all I feel is pain. I failed. Leo. I failed him. So many lives lost. "-rcy, PERCY!" "Huh" " what were you thinking about seaweed head?" Annabeth questioned worriedly. " oh, nothing." I gave a lop sided grin. It has been a month since the war ended and everything has been good, except the depression, with Annabeth, with camp, etc. All the couples have grown closer lately( but Jason and piper broke up sadly),even with the war. Though she keeps asking me many questions and doubting my loyalty. But I played it off as an Annabeth thing. " Hey wise girl?". "Yeah perce." " I love you, and I love being on the beach with you..... but." " I'm tired." We said in unison. "Wha-how-" "Did I know you were gonna say that?" I nodded. "Well first you've been rubbing your eyes and breathing heavily. Also you've been dozing off and wake up saying that." We both rolled with laughter. I got up and she insisted I carry her. " Hey why did you stop?" " Unless your staying in my cabin you've got to get off." I joked. " As a matter of a fact I am." Sh states as she hopped on my back. "Ok." I carried her to the Bed and she went to the bathroom to get changed. I took my shirt off and changed into my sweat pants. She came out in her bra and panties. " I can't find anything that's comfy!" She complains. My brilliant answer is " uuhhh........" "Always a seaweed brain." She teased. She crawled in the bed and cuddled up to me. After about ten minutes she fell asleep. She was so beautiful, even Aphrodite couldn't compare, when she slept. I fell asleep and had no dreams luckily.
I woke up and saw a blonde mass sprawled over my chest as my alarm blared. I recognized those princess curls as my wise girl. She was peacefully sleeping on my chest. I hit the snooze button and just gazed at her beauty. She woke up " hmmmm.." "Hi" she looked at my chest and blushed. Then looked at the clock and sped to the bathroom. The time read 9:37 were late for breakfast! I jumped up and threw a sweatshirt on as Annabeth came out of the bathroom in her clothes from yesterday. We walked to breakfast and met up with our friends. " What took y'all so long." Jason teased as we both turned beet red. " Stop teasing them Jason." Piper said. "Thanks" I grumbled. We were eating breakfast in peace but were interrupted by a very feminine scream. I ran to hill and saw a kid around 15 running from a baby- hahaha. It was a baby hellhound half his size with no teeth. And I think it was trying to play not attacked. As I uncapped riptide and sliced through the puppy in one swift motion. I looked around for the kid but couldn't find him. He caught me by surprise as I heard campers by ramming into me and snatching my sword while yelling "Why would you let me fight those thing by myself." "I didn't-". "Really Percy I thought I taught you better!" Chiron scolded. "But-" "No buts! You should have helped this newcomer." He said as he trotted off. " Hi I'm Vince!" The kid exclaimed.
