Percy POV
"Ok so let's go do the ceremony." Chaos walked out of the room motioning for us to follow. We walked through beautiful halls until we walked to two big doors. Chaos pushes them open and reveals an entire army. He puts me on the right of him and Piper on the left. "Today I am here to introduce to you your new commander, my successor, the prince of the stars, Percy Jackson." They all bowed when he finished. I told them to get up "Please do not bow to me. I don't like formalities like some beings cough the gods cough." Chaos and piper chuckled a little at that. "Anyway I am also here to introduce to you your second in command Piper McLean." He mind messaged me I would like to adopt you if that's ok. Of course I'd be honored I replied. He adopted me and shot a black orb at me and Piper. The pain was terrible. After the pain subsided I felt powerful. Like really powerful. I looked over to Piper who was just staring behind me. "What is it?" "You have wings." I looked behind my shoulder and saw a pitch black wing the tips of the wings were sea green. After the ceremony I went to my room to sleep. My new life had just begun.
10,000 chaos years later (500 earth years)
"Percy give it back!" Luke whined as he chased me. "Percy give it back" Piper demanded. "Fine." I pouted as I gave luke back his panda pillow pet. He made it disappear to his room. I layed down on the couch beside Piper. Chaos let me choose any one for my elite squad. So I chose Luke Castellen, Bianca di Angelo, Zoe nightshade, Charles Beckendorf, Silena Beauregard, and Nico di Angelo. I chose Nico because he was my last friend at camp and he hated it there. Also so he could be reunited. So for the past 10,000 chaos years we have completed mission wafted mission, won war after war, we were an unbeatable team. With our skills and our bond, nothing can stop us. Any way we had just finished breakfast and were hanging out in our game room. Luke and Charles were playing cod WW2. Zoe was playing a hunting game with a virtual boy. And Nico was hanging out in a dark corner until Bianca pulled him out and they talked. I was laying on the couch with my head in Pipers lap. She was reading a book. I had developed a huge crush on her, but never had the guts to ask her out. Scared I would get my heart broke again, but then I remembered that Piper was not Annabeth. She was so much better. I brought out of my thoughts by Luke yelling and dancing around because he won. Then he turned to me. I creepy smile crawled across his lips. "Hey Percy, whatcha doing? Chilling with your girrrlfrriend?" Dragging our the word. He knew about my crush, but I knew about his crush too. "Oh Luke I would stop unless you want a certain someone knowing that you love herrr. Oh Bi-" "Ok ok fine I'll stop." We we're both red so I sat up and picked up my notebook and began doodling. But that's when I got an idea. "Hey Piper, come with me I want to show you something cool." "Ok she replied while getting up and following me. I took her to the balcony of my room. "Ok hold on." I said as I grabbed her and took off into the air. I stopped at the beach. We sat down "Ok what did you want to show me?" She asked. I pointed to the beautiful sunset before us. "Oh wow." Was all she could say. We sat until the sun fully set. Then we stood up to leave. I built up he courage and said, "Piper, wait. Umm I want to talk to you about something." "Ok sure." She replied. "Ok so I need some advice. I like this girl but I don't know if she likes me back. And I need to know if I should just wait and try to figure it out or just go for it."
Pipers POV-
When he asked me that my heart dropped. Sadness clearly in my voice, " I say just go for it." I was really sad because I really liked Percy and these years has just made those feelings sky rocket.
Percy's POV-
She answered with sadness clear in her voice. "Thank you. So Piper?" "Yeah." She answered glumly. "Willyougooutwithme?" "Ok slow down and say it again." I sighed and said, " Will you go out with me?" She froze and didn't answer. "It's ok I didn't think you would like me back. I'll see you later." I began to walk off but was stopped as Piper jumped in my arms and kissed me hard. I melted into the kiss. After a while we broke away for breath. "So I take that as a yes." I joked and she blushed. I flew us back to the game room. We walked in holding hands. I heard wolf whistles and cheering. Sileana squealed extremely loud. She really is a Aphrodite child. After a while of them teasing us. I got off the couch and Piper insisted I carry her. So I picked her up and walked to her room. I opened the door and set her in her bed. I snapped my fingers and she was in her Pjs. I went to walk away, but Piper yanked me back and in the bed. "Oh no. Your not going anywhere. I've been waiting 10,000 years for you to ask me out. You have a lot of cuddling to make up for." She joked. I put my hands up in surrender, "Fine." I went to the bathroom and changed into some sweatpants and took my shirt off. I got in bed and cuddled up to piper pulling her close too me. I could get use to this.
