Sorry for taking so long to update
Percy pov.
I introduced piper to mom. Mom got us some blue cookies. We had been catching up. Paul came home from work and gave me a hug stronger than Tyson's. "Why aren't you both at camp." We both flinched at the question. My mom noticed this. "Percy can I speak to you in the kitchen." She demanded more than asked. She grabbed me by the wrist and dragged me into kitchen. "What is wrong?" "Nothing." "Yes there is something wrong. You and Piper both flinched when I mentioned camp. What happened?" By the time I finished the story she was crying and threatening to kill Vince and the rest of the camp. I calmed her down. We went back into the living room. Me and piper decided it's best to leave before night fall, but my mom refused. "No you both are staying and eating a good meal and a good night sleep. You look exhausted.
Time skip.
We had just finished dinner and I went into my room and changed. Piper came in and sat down on the bed. We talked for a while then I got up to go to sleep on the couch. "Where are you going she asked as I grabbed an extra pillow and blanket. " umm the couch. I'm going to sleep." "No I'm not making you sleep on the couch in your own house. I'll take the couch." She insisted. It went back in forth for a while. Finally I said, "You are not sleeping on the couch and that's final." "Ok then. But neither are you. I forbid it." "Where am I supposed to sleep then." "In your own bed. Duh." "But your sleeping in the bed." "I'm not kicking you out of your own bed so I guess we are both are sleeping in this bed. I mean come on. It's plenty big enough." "But..." "No buts. Sleep." She demanded as she pointed at the bed. "Yes ma'am!" I fake saluted. I laid down and took my shirt off. Falling into the nightmare.
Pipers POV-
I turned over so he couldn't see my blush as he took his shirt off. I love laying next to him. He is so warm. And his abs. I sound like Drew now. About ten minutes after I fell asleep he started shaking and yelling. I hugged him and cuddled up to him. He wrapped me up in his arms and held me like dear life. It was perfect. I fell asleep in his arms.
Percy's POV-
I woke up with A warm ball in my arms. IT WAS PIPER! I blushed and just stared at her perfection. She was truly beautiful. Even more than her mother. She stirred awake so I closed my eyes and acted like I was just waking up. We looked each other in the eyes and just stayed there. I was mesmerizing by her kaleidoscope eyes. Then my mom bust in the door screaming breakfast. But she gasped and chuckled at our position. We broke apart blushing hard. And I threw one of my blue hoodies on. We both sat down and stared at our food not looking at each other. Still blushing. "So. Good nights sleep?" My mom asked. "Umm.. I guess. I had nightmares for a little bit but then they just stopped." " y-yeah you w-were shaking and s-screaming so I-I hugged you to comfort you. And y-you held onto me." "Oh." Was all I could say. My mom was laughing at our faces. After breakfast we left and didn't know where we were going, but I didn't want any monsters coming to my moms house so we left. Piper said she had some family in San Francisco. So we got some train tickets. We didn't have money so I used the mist snap trick that Thalia taught me. We got on the train and I went to sleep. We had a long trip ahead.
