I was frantically running around the carnival searching for Lucy and Zayn running behind me. I scowled at him as I slowed down. Where would I be if I were her? Cotton candy machine. I could've known. "Do you know where the cotton candy machine is?" the man pointed towards this silver cart with cotton candy sticks decorated on it. I saw my little girl pulling the pink fluffy candy off one by one. I pushed Zayn out of my way and ran towards her. "Lucy! I was so worried about you, please don't ever do that again." I was still breathing heavily from all the running. She gave me a pout and heard her say sorry under her breath. I grabbed her head and lightly pushed her into my chest for a hug. After the carnival, Zayn decided to follow me to the hotel. He kept pestering me to let him explain but I'm in no mood to talk to a cheater, nope. before he could reach my door I slammed it shut and locked it. "God dammit Chloe I didn't cheat on you!" i rolled my eyes and left Lucy a bath. "Chloe open the damn door" i could hear the frustration in his voice, I actually felt sorry for him. No! Stand your ground Chloe. "Go away Zayn, I'm serio-" "It wasn't what it looks like!" he yelled. "It never is! That is literally the typical thing for a boy to say. Don't act like I'm stupid! I don't even own that color, let alone own that brand. You know how I am about my underwear, I think I know my own pair of underwear! If you are fucking someone on the side you better tell me Zayn! God you drive me so fucking insane! I should've known you were bad ever since the day you gave me that ride! Fuck you Za-" "It was a fucking gift Chloe! Evans girl thought it would be nice for you to have new underwear because she's a girl! I talked to Kelly and told her about your annoying obsession with underwear and she loves underwear too so she wanted to buy you a new one! It was a late ass gift for your birthday you annoying little bitch!" he shouted through the door, I could tell he was running his hand through his hair. "Mommy." I heard my little girl and it broke my heart when her voice cracked. I didn't even looked at her I scooped her in my arms and hugged her. "Shit. Chloe open the door please." I heard him say. I shook my head and i heard a worker say "sir you can't sit in the middle of the hallway, is this your room? Are you locked out?" Oh for the love of.. "Thank you sir." Zayn walked through the door and locked it. "We need to talk." I rolled my eyes and starred at Lucy who was asleep already. He came at me with open arms but I pushed him away, "don't touch me." "It was a gift to you Chloe. Stop being dramatic baby. I'm sorry." My heart broke when his voice cracked. "Zayn.." I walked up to him with open arms and snuggled my head into the crook of his neck. "I missed you" he looked up at me and wiped his eyes and went down a one knee. My eyes went wide and my heart stopped. "Chloe after everything we've been through I can never stay mad at you and I am so sorry I called you rude names, but baby I love you so much and I can't picture my life without you. you piss me off and I'm not perfect but neither are you but I know that we'd be perfect for each other all you have to do is say yes , Chloe Hastings would you do me the honor and marry me?" I was in tears and I just nodded and watched him come up to me to pick me up and hug me. He spun me around in circles and kissed me so hard. "Mommy?" I heard my baby say. I gave her the biggest hug and kissed her on her forehead. My life was officially perfect.
