She was so tired of being alone, and the only way she could make things better was a curse, until you came along. When you hatched, she realized that a curse wasn't needed. The answer was right there in front of her. The answer was in her arms. The answer cooed up to her and grasped her earrings. The answer was a child. That answer was you.
