– sorry did I make you uncomfortable with that question ? - I said to him and he said no .

– no , dont worry it's just I want to keep that a secret for now if you understand - he said and I nodded .

– well then how about you , why are you in Puerto Rico ? - he asked and I smiled sadly .

– well I actually live here but my brother sent me to the U.S. to study and to be away from his friend since I have a really big one sided crush on him sadly - I said to him and he nodded keeping up with what I was telling him .

– o so that's the guy you said you only have eyes for...but why doesn't your brother let you guys be together ? Isn't that to cliche ? - Said Ash and I nodded .

– well it's because of our 10 year age gap my brother is in his 30's almost 40's like his friends and well yeah supposingly a 19 year old girl ain't supposed to date someone that old - I said to him and he nodded comprehending the situation .

– so that's why - he said.

– well i don't think that's too bad but I think personally it's not to good . you don't have to listen to me but imma tell you my opinion . - said Ash and I nodded .

– well it's not to bad to like a guy older than you it's just a 10 year old gap is too much I would of understand if it's was a 5 year old gap but a 10 year old gap is too much you know and for a girl like you who is absolutely gorgeous and no I'm not into you just clarifying that thank you , it would be sad to waste on an almost old man , and plus you said it was one sided why don't you go get yourself a hot boyfriend or whatever- he said and I laughed at his comment .

– yeah i know it's just I've been inlove of him for almost 9 years now - I said .

– wow - he said and i laughed with tears in my eyes .

– you know you really are a good friend , till now nobody has ever listened to me nor helped me in this situation but I think it's time just too just let go - I said .

– I get it - he said and smiled .

– why don't I sing you a song on my guitar ? - he said and I smiled and nodded and he took out his guitar and sang me a lot of songs .

– it was a really good thing meeting you and sorry for causing such a ruckus at first - I said and he smiled .

– yeah but don't get used to me being like this I'm the complete opposite and plus it's fun watching how strange you are - he said and I rolled my eyes at him .

– so where are you staying ? - I asked .

– I'm staying at the hotel near the plaza do you know it ? - he asked and i nodded .

– i sometimes go there when I have to blow out some steam - i said and he laughed .

– what you laughing at ?! - I asked . – nothing - he said .

– hahahah very funny are you...where has the nice guy gone ?! - I said .

– I told you earlier he has disappeared and never going to comeback.

– he said and I rolled my eyes at him and we continued waking till we got to the hotel he was staying .

– so do we Exchange numbers or do we just let fate help us ? - I asked and he laughed at my comment and we both took out our phones and exchanged numbers .

– well thank you very much Ash for this great time and thanks for helping me feel better even tho your also a pain in the ass - I said and he sarcastically laughed .

– you know you should respect your elders - he said and I was confused .

– excuse me but i think we are the same age and plus you look younger than me why should I respect you? - I said and he laughed .

– how old did you say you were ? - he asked me

– 19 - I said .

– well I'm 21 - he said but I wasn't buying it . – well if you will excuse me Mel I have to go - he said and he rapidly left .

Ash:

– I really can't believe I just lied about my age 😂 - i said laughing as I tried to open the door to my room , and after a minute I arrived at my room and jumped to my bed and looked at the sealing of my room .

– what should I do tomorrow? - I asked myself and then my phone rang when I looked at it it was my younger sister .

– Hi Rosie - I said and I heard my sister scream happily , even tho I may not look like it I actually get along with my little sister quite well , she's actually 10 years old and I've always been with her so she's probably bored .

– hiii Ash!, how are things in Puerto Rico ? - she asked .

– good , good actually I made a friend - I said through the phone .

– really what's his or her name ? - she asked .

– it's a she and she's called Melyssa she's quite nice and she's really funny I hope one day you meet her. - I said .

– Is she pretty ?! - asked my sister and I laughed .

– she's quite pretty actually but she's inlove with someone else - I said .

– what bad luck you have brother - she said and I laughed.

– well talk to you tomorrow I'm going to take a shower now - I said .

– ok goodbye !!!! - she said and we both hang up.

As I got in the shower I was a little curious about why I actually came but now I have another reason why I'm here as I thought that I let all the water 🚿 drop as I thank . The reason I first came here was to find my biological father but that seems harder than I thought and I don't know if I should give up or not but for now that's on hold now i will just enjoy my "vacation".
