Betrayal

Thankfully I saw Zara in the hallway. I ran towards her.
"I know you are mad at me Kat. But that man caught me escaping and he has kept an eye on me ever since. I am so sorry. I wanted to inform you, but I dis not know how to reach you " Zar explained in her panicking voice.
" sh shhhh. Its okay Zar, I understand. Right now, I need your help with something even more important. "
"Tell me and I am on it. Anything for you girl."
" I need you to find me Liam's address. Like today itself. Infact right now. It would get very late otherwise."
" I thought you hated that man. I know I do. "
" Yes Zar I do hate him. But he forgot his phone. And it is apparently my fault. He was just doing me a favor. I should probably return it to him before he finds a new way to punish me for this. "
" Give it to his beautiful girlfriend. You know what is weird about those two. They are the hottest couple in town. I mean girls are mad behind Liam and boys can't stop whistling around Isabelle. I mean how can they be so perfect and mysterious at the same time. You know, Isabelle only talks to Harry, and guys are actually jealous of him. And you know what since I am your best friend, it is my job to tell you that you are officially the talk of town due to your interaction with Liam. You are a hero to girls. Every girl has been trying to run into him ever since including me. "
" Wait what? You like him?" I shouted at Zara.
" What's not to like in that man. Don't you dare say that he is not hot. "
" But Zar, we have to hate him. You don't really know him. He is rude, arrogant, over smart and and and a PHONE BREAKER."
" Thats not even a phrase. You know what, you won't understand. You have already met your soulmate. If only that Isabelle gets out of the wa.."
" I don't believe you just said that. You know what, I know finding his address is a snap of fingers for you. I bet you already know it." I told her
Just then Zar pulled out a piece of paper, and wrote something on it and gave it to me.
" Here, take it. You own me one. Now I would love to accompany you and see the palace that everyone was talking about but you know my parents live with me and if they get to know I walked into the danger forest zone, they would kill me. But don't forget to tell me how the mansion was. I want to hear all about it. "
" You are really enjoying this huhh?? Thanks anyways. See ya"
She gave an excited look and left to which I replied by exhaling loudly. I knew when I reach Liam's place, he would accuse me of being careless again and what not. But I am also a little bit excited to see what that rich brat's house will be like. Only a little. But I can't ignore the fact that its creepy that it is located between a forest. Lets just get it over with.

I should have not come. I have definitely lost the way. I am very bad with roads. This was really creepy. Extra creepy. I hope I get a ride back to the hostel because I atleast knew this was far away from any human contact.
Oh crap! What did I step on now. As I looked down, I saw a small snake. Freak! I ran in any direction at that point of time only to realize I had lost my way now. Atleast that snake was not a problem anymore. Where the hell am I now. Please stop this torture.
To make this day worse than it already was, it started raining, heavily. Just to be clear, I hate rains. I can watch it through a window, but being out in it, creeps the hell out of me. I hate how bugs come crawling up in the surface or how it gets muddy and humid.
What should I do now? I am stuck. I need to find his place immediately. As soon as I started walking in a certain direction I decided according to my instincts, I saw a light. This is it. Its his house. I ran happily towards that direction. And I finally reached what actually looked like a modern day palace. Whoaa! Zar was right. This was something you don't want to miss on.
I searched for a doorbell, but I could find none. So I decided to knock on the door like the ancient times. Such a big mansion and no door bell. Weird. I guess even Liam knows no one would show up to kiss his arrogant ass.
As soon as I knocked, the door opened, so I entered.
" Hello, Liam?" i said while shivering because of getting wet in the rain. I could not stop myself from looking around and gazing in awe every single square inch of this mesmerizing land.
" Kat"
I recognized whose voice was that. And I could not believe what was in front of my eyes.
Harry standing right next to a half naked Isabelle.
Harry, my boyfriend, my soulmate, the perfect life.
Everything shattered in just a moment.
I could not feel the ground beneath me.
I just knew I had to get far away from this place as possible to know this was not reality.
But it was.
Immediately tears started pouring out of my eyes like they would never stop and my feet started taking me away from that scene.
" Kat wait. I can explain."

I hit my head onto something hard and rigid. Not something someone. I looked up to see Liam. His was red with anger and I had never seen this much pain in his eyes before. He was hurt. Like me. But angry at the very same time. We both had been betrayed.
