The new kid

"Are you kidding! You cant move Liv!" You say to your best friend who lives across from you.

"Its okay y/n you will make friends with the new kid." She says putting a comforting hand on your shoulder. You look down at your shoes then hug her.

"I'm gonna miss you. Next time we see each other try not to wait last minute to tell me your moving." I say giving her a half smile. She chuckles then hugs you again. "Text me when you get to your new house." I say

"Will do. I will miss you y/n! Bye." She says as she sits down in the back seat of the car. She waves at you as the car drives away. 

~A few weeks later~ *At school*

"HEY Y/N!" J-hope says as he sits down next to you at the lunch table.

"Hey hobi whats up?" You say as he smiles.

"Did you hear about the new kid moving in?" He asks

"Yeah i did...i hope he is nice." You say as you take a bite of your kimchi. Taehyung looks up from his book.

"Hey whats going on i wasn't paying attention." Tae says as he giggles. Suga smacks him in the arm playfully.

"Like i said a new kid was moving in across from y/n. So y/n are you ready for this new kid?" J-hope asks.

"Meh, i could care less....but i do know that this person cant replace Liv." You say as you brush a piece of hair out of your face. You block out the rest of the conversation for the rest of lunch until its time for next period. You are headed to your locker when all of a sudden they call you to the office. You roll your eyes and trudge to the office.

"Hello miss y/l/n! Wonderful you could join us." Mrs. Wang says smiling at you.

"Annyeon Mrs. Wang." You say back. Your eyes turn to a boy with black hair sitting in a chair in front of her desk. He looks at you then smiles. He is quite attractive to you. You brush your hair out of your face and smooth your skirt as you sit down next to him.

"So Miss y/l/n i have called you here to be a helper for the new student. Jungkook this is y/n she will be your guide for the rest of the day. You two will have the same classes so it will be easy to show him around." She says as she continues to smile. Jungkook looks at you with a slightly shy look on his face. We get up and walk into the hallway.

"Hello im jungkook. Nice to meet you." He says looking at you. You smile then you walk to your next period. You sit next to jin where you always sit and start to talk to him. You can see jungkook out of the corner of your eye looking for a seat. 

"Hmm theres a seat next to y/n." Mrs. Bee says to him. He looks over at you then goes to sit next to you.

~After school, on your way home~

"Oh my gosh j-hope chill!" You say to him as he is teases you.

"Sorry just making sure my best friend gets treated nicely." He giggles. "Hey is that, that jungkook dude you were talking about?" He says

"Oh ya it is...i wonder why he is following me." You whisper to Hobi. You watch him as you see him walk to the door of the house across from yours. Then it hits you. He was your new neighbor!
