WARNING!!!! THERE IS SWEARING IN THIS CHAPTER!!!!!!

Brooke and Daniela looked at me with eyes of worry. I kinda felt bad. But he looked just fine.

"He looks fine, coach."

"FINE?! Fine is not good enough. He should be PERFECT!! I can't allow my student to be injured."

"He doesn't need to be perfect because nobody will ever be perfect. I'm not perfect. Your not perfect. We're all imperfect. Get over it. Also, every once in a while, a student will get injured and you can't change that. And, he was hit by accident, we were trying to throw the ball and he moved. We were passing it to a friend on the other side of the gym because we were playing a game." The last part was a lie, oops. But I already said it and I can't take it back.

"Was that game 'give coach's student a concussion?'''

"No. Why would anyone play that game?" Brooke joined in.

"We were playing a game. Chill. Maybe try having fun for once instead of sitting in a chair for a straight hour staring into space."

((That part just went on with bickering))

We finally went back to the locker rooms to change. We had no punishments, which was good.

I got into a stall and changed back into my navy blue shorts and red school shirt.

/////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

We walked past Ezekiel on the way to 6th period but ignored him.

((Hayden's  POV))

I was in 6th period. Spanish.

"Okay, class. The test we have today is: I'm gonna say a sentence in Spanish and you must translate it to English. Your ending score will decide your grade. After the test, we will do a contest. Winner gets a prize of extra credit."

The class nodded, apparently understanding. I understood. I was ready. I had been studying all night.

"Class, put your books on the back table. No cheating. No working together."

The class all got up out of their seats and put their books on the back table. I wasn't gonna cheat anyways.

"Okay. There's been a change. I will say the sentence and then write it out on the board. That way, it'll be easier to remember. The first sentence is 'Todos ustedes pasarán esta prueba porque deberían haber estudiado' I'll write it on the board."

Then, he wrote it on the board, word for word. I knew exactly what it meant. It translates to, 'you all are going to pass this test because you should have studied.' Easy.

//////////////////////////////////////////////////

I'm not gonna talk all about 8th period because it is irrelevant. But, I won the contest and I got a 100% on the test.

I walked to the bus loop, avoiding Samantha because she might confront me about earlier. When we were walking to track..

I rush to look at the board, hoping my bus is there. It wasn't. Crap. Either I was seeing things or it was true, but Ezekiel was there in the bus loop. He's usually a car rider. I proceeded to walk over to him.

"Hey, Ezekiel. Weird seeing you here. Why are you here? I thought your a car rider."

"I usually am. But I'm coming to your house?"

"Oh.. right."

"Do you not want me to come?"

"No, I just forgot."

"Oh."

"Anyways, wh-"  I was interrupted by a familiar voice calling my name.

"Hey!! Hayden!" It was Samantha. The one person I didn't want to see.

She walked over. "Hey, what's up?"

"He doesn't want to talk to you, bitch!" Ezekiel snapped at her.

"I just said hi."

"Get the fuck away. Nobody likes your ugly ass!!" He gave her a stare that looked like daggers about to pierce right through her chest. It was creepy. She turned around and must've saw her bus because she said "Fine. Bye, bitch. When you go home, wash out your mouth with soap, but don't choke to hard on it." And walked away.

You've reached the end of published parts.
