"She's not answering her phone," Mason said.

At this point Reese was awake to help in the search of Sybil and so was Caspian. Caspian wasn't much help. He sat on the sofa in a pair of grey sweats, shirtless, revealing his abs to a room that was filled by a majority of lesbians.

"We should look for her. Where does Holland live?" Reese asked.

"I don't know. We can find him somehow right, Nola?" Mason agreed.

"No," Winola said sharply. "She's grown, she can take care of herself."

"Winola, are you out of your mind? Did you see her room? That's unlike Sybil, there is no way she'd leave like that! God forbid something happened to her because if she's dead, I'll never let you live it down." Mason replied.

"Really, Mason? You act like you care so much about her. I know for a fact the only person in this room you care about is me and R-"

"Winola is right, Mason," Caspian interjected. "Sybil is old enough to make her own decisions. She probably had a wild night after the win."

Mason looked over as Caspian leisurely made his way into the kitchen where the rest of the girls stood.

"What? You're the only logical person in this house! You need to help me go find her." Mason said.

"Hey," Reese said in her offense.

"Besides Reese," Mason added. "Fuck, if no one is going to help me find her Reese and I will. Winola, if I see one more body I will lose my mind and this time, it's on you. Let's go, Reese."

Mason was hardly dressed for the outdoor weather but she didn't care. She had Sybil in mind and she needed to find her before something dreadful happened from the situation. She slipped her shoes on before giving Winola one last disapproving glare. She reached for the door handle before it swung open.

"Use your gift," Reese said to her girlfriend.

Mason's gift was the gift of the present. She would transport herself anywhere in present time to see anything without being seen as long as she was somehow connected. In Mason's eyes, her gift was useless. It was hardly a trade-off for the horrible curse she had. She had the worst curse and her eyes, the worst gift.

Mason closed her eyes before they faded over the same icy blue all witches were familiar with. She tried to find Sybil and transport herself to wherever she was, hoping Sybil's charm had worn off.

Sybil walked in, so happy she was almost spinning. Her naturally red, curly hair was straightened and in a high ponytail. Her pale skin was flushed pink, making her freckles less visible. Her bright green shined as she came in. She crashed into Mason, Reese breaking Mason's fall.

"Oh- Hi, Mase!" She said cheerfully.

Mason stood up, rolling her eyes in annoyance as her anxiety washed from her thin frame.

"Sybil, where the fuck have you been?" Winola snapped, her teeth gritting against each other as she spoke.

"I was with Holland...I know you guys don't like him so I didn't tell anyone I was leaving...I figured I'd just sneak out." She said.

"See!" Caspian's loud voice boomed throughout the apartment, causing Mason to roll her eyes one last time.

"Well, we were all really worried about you, Sybil. Your room is a mess." Mason turned to walk back to her bedroom and Reese was quick to follow.

Sybil watched as Mason walked away from the situation, suddenly realizing her mistake. She felt as if she had let Mason down.

"Is she mad at me?" Sybil pointed to Mason as she existed and looked at Winola. Her smile faded as she felt like a child whose mother was disappointed in her.
