I recently found out that my boyfriend of 6 months was with my for my money looking back I was the one always buying HIM gifts. Even though I don't consider myself as rich. My mom is the owner of a company and factory that manufacture kids toys and my dad owns a mining company.
"Hi"
"Hi Are you going anywhere today? said my dad
"Uhh no I don't think so"

"Hello... what ugh ok " said my dad on the phone
"What happened ?" I asked
" A worker got injured and I have to go check it out" he said grabbing his jacket of the kitchen counter
"Oh "
I ran up stairs to my room to finish my homework and take a nap.
2 hours later
"Veronica wake up " said my brother JJ desperatly
"What?"I said confused
"Dad's in the hospital we gotta go" he said grabbing my arm
We drove to the hospital it was 5 minutes away. We couldn't see him because he was in the ER .
"What happened to him?" I asked
"The mine they where working on fell and the workers were still inside and so was dad."
"Why where you at the mine ?"I said confused
"Dad forgot the keys at home so I went to give them to him , when I got to the mine cops and ambulance were already there pulling workers out, thats when I saw him he had dirt and rubble all over him he was barely recognizable. "
" Why didn't you just go straight to the hospital?"
"I jogged, I didn't take my car the mine is farther away from the hospital and the house is closer so I went to get you first and drive to the hospital."
"Family of Wilson" said the doctor
"Yes "
"Im sorry to inform you.. that Mr.Wilson has sadly passed away"
"H-he's gone" I said falling to the floor
