[Part III] June 20 pt. 3

Okay so this is the final part for June 20! There was just a lot to cover that all happened in the same day.

~ your pov ~

     I just saw sora turn into a dusk! He was a fake, that can't be good. I stagger back and trip, I fell on the ground and scooted away from the dusk. I hear someone running in our direction but they aren't close enough for me to see.
     I feel my head getting heavy and try to stay awake. The dusk keeps walking towards me so I keep scooting back. I hit the wall and tried to stand up but my legs wouldn't work. All the sudden a bright light appears in front of my hand, I cover my eyes and hear a clatter. I look down to see my very own Keyblade.
     I looked like Riku's way to dawn but reversed, with the angel wing as the main body of the blade and the demon wing on the side. I grabbed the Keyblade and swung at the dusk, it took a couple hits before it disappeared. I was in awe, I summoned a Keyblade!! I turned it around and examined it tracing all the lines curves and dips with my finger. It was a lot bigger than I had imagined it would be, or I'm just short... I waited for a couple minutes, sitting on the steps hoping that the real sora would come soon.

~ Sora's pov ~

    "Run! (Y/N) Run!!" I kept yelling at her but she didn't notice. "(Y/N)! RUN! I'll catch up just run away!!" she finally heard me and ran. "why do you need (y/n)! What's so important about her?" I asked xigbar, he attacked me and I dodged "answer me!" I yelled wanting an answer.
     "You really want to know don't you.  Well I'll tell you. She's the final key to completing Kingdom hearts! Turns out that we were missing the final piece of the puzzle, the one to keep the balance. And that just so happens to be your new friend." he replied sending another wave of attacks my way.
     "I won't let you touch her!" I deflected his attacks and swung my Keyblade. I wasn't able to dodge it and was struck down. He told one of the dusks something and it ran off, I couldn't catch it so I asked "What did you say to it?"
     "It's a secret. But I'd recommend finding your little girly friend before they do." he disappeared into the darkness before I could ask who 'they' are. Once he left I start running into town going to find (y/n).
I ran around and asked people but no one had seen her. I kept looking until I heard a scream. I went in that direction for a while and it took me to the train station.

~ your pov ~

     I look up to see sora running towards me. I backed up and summoned my Keyblade it took a couple seconds but it worked. "(y/n)! Since when can you use the Keyblade?" Sora stood when he gets to the bottom of the steps "why are you backing away from me?" he asked stepping forward.
     "Your not one of the dusks right." I grip the Keyblade tightly and scoot onto the next step up.
     "What do you mean? Did one of the dusks attack you?!" he sounded worried and I figured this one was real. I let my Keyblade disappear as I ran down the steps and hugged sora tightly "uhh...  What's this for?" sora said waiting a second before hugging back.
     "sora I'm scared... I want to go home." I mumble as I rest my head on his shoulder.
     "I know. We'll get back soon ok." he said. Something about hearing his voice so calm and soothing, it  was like all my fear was washed away. He pulled out of the hug and dried a tear on my cheek. "let's get back now ok." he turned around and pointed his Keyblade in the sky as a giant keyhole formed in the sky, as soon as the rod of light connected the Keyblade to the keyhole we were transported back to earth.
     "I didn't know you could do that without the gummi ship or the armor..." I looked around and we had been dropped off right in front of my house.
     "Armor?" sora asked, I forgot that the only time he had the armor he was unconscious so he didn't know about it.
     "Oh, uh it's nothing." I walked up to the house and unlocked it. When I opened the door I saw my 'parents' or at least the ones I lived with running to the door. The hugged me tightly I was of course confused. "umm what's going on I thought you got back next week?" they had left on a two week long vacation yesterday, and left me here to watch the house.
     "We've been home for a week already! We were so worried..." my mother said as she started to cry.
     "M-mom, what day is it?" I ask getting worried about how much time had passed.
     "July 10th." my mom pulled away and wiped her tears away. That's when she noticed Sora standing beside me. "Who's this (y/n)? Is he the one that took you away from us?" my father came from the back room to see what all the noise was about.
     "umm, long story short. Sora is from the video game and now he's in real life, one of the black coat people captured me, I can use a Keyblade now and only one day has passed for me and sora." I said biting my lip, I was notorious for lying to get myself out of trouble so I didn't expect them to believe me.
     "look (y/n) if you wanted to spend time with your boyfriend you could have just told us, you don't have to lie about it. And answer your phone please, we were worried sick." my father chimed rubbing his forehead.
     A blush quickly rose to my face "N-NO! You've got it all Wrong!! Sora isn't my boyfriend! And I wasn't lying about it..." I summoned my Keyblade and showed my parents, "I wasn't lying this time..." I feel guilty for snapping at them. They took my Keyblade and looked at it.
     "Do you mind if we borrow this for a moment?" my dad asked.
     "S-sure I'll go make some tea." I left to the kitchen and they left up the stairs. Sora followed me and tried once more to steal my chips, "Sora! What did I say about the chips!!" I glared at him but my glare soon softened "ugh you know what, fine. You can have the chips." I fill the tea kettle with water and set it on the stove to boil.

~ mom's pov ~

     "I think we should get rid of it, as far as we know this is what caused her to go away. And that Sora, he needs to go too." I said, I know (y/n) isn't our real child but we still treat her like our own.
     "Isn't that a little harsh. We can't protect her forever, she has to grow up eventually." my husband says as he sets the weapon down.
     "I don't think I'm being unreasonable, she will get herself into even more trouble if these two stick around any longer." I reply, I don't like doing things like this but it must be done.
     "okay I'll trust your judgement."
