YF BOOK AWARDS 2018 [JUDGING]

COMPETITION ROUNDS

PLEASE READ "EVERYTHING". EVERY DETAIL OF THIS PART IS IMPORTANT.

Our head admin, Kurt, will be the one to send the assigned stories to our judges at 9AM tomorrow, June 30, 2018. Story covers will also be posted for PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD after sending the messages to our judges.

NOTE REGARDING PCA:
Voting for people's choice award will end when the final judging ends. It means, even if you're eliminated on the first, second or semi final round, you can still get the award.

REMINDER REGARDING THE POSTING OF SCORES:
While the judgement is going on, scores will be posted BUT with the code of your story that we'll give. Revelation of scores' story name will be posted when the judging PER ROUND ends so you'll know what story will advance to the next round.

JUDGING:
first, Second, Semi Final and Final rounds. (SAME CRITERIA)

FIRST ROUND (Per category)

*Judges will be given 4 stories that they'll judge.
*One judge per story since it's just an elimination round.
*Judges will give the scores
without comments since it's just an elimination round.
*6 stories per category will be given the chance to move forward to the next round.

SECOND ROUND (Per category)

*Judges will be given 4 stories that they'll judge.
*2 judges per story.
*Judges will give scores and comments.
*Top 3 stories per category will advance to the semi final round.

SEMI FINAL ROUND (Per category)

*Judges will judge all top three stories.
*Judges will give the scores and comments.
*The story with the highest score will be declared as the best story in its category
*Best story will advance to the final round.

FINAL ROUND (Overall)

*Judges will judge all 6 best stories.
*Judges will give scores without comments. It's the final round.
*The story with the highest score will be declared as the YFBookAwards Champion.
