A/N: Wanna make a cover for me?

**

I was awakened by the sunlight pushing itself through the blue curtains and I groaned a bit at the discomfort. I muttered a curse under my breath and rubbed my tired face with the palm of my hand. The annoyance vanished as soon I acknowledged the small form of the demure but sultry brunette pressed against me firmly, our legs merged together and her hot breath tickling me in the hollow of my neck. The corners of my mouth tugged themselves up until a big grin was shaped. I studied her characteristic and allowed my fingertip to gently glide over her eyebrow, caressing the edge before my affectionate touch ended at her temples. I gently daubed away a stray of her hair and placed it back where it belonged, behind her ear, permitting her entire gorgeous face to be exposed.

I decided not to wake her. Although the risk of someone else entering the room and misconceive what essentially was completely innocent was there I didn’t have the heart to destroy what seemed to be a peaceful sleep. Instead I lay perfectly still and minded to decrease my movements, pacifying my rushed breathing. It was amazing how well our bodies were made for each other, fitting perfectly like the pieces of a puzzle.

She moved her petite body a bit, mumbling something incomprehensible before she buried her face deeper into my neck. Somehow, along the night, her hoodie had came off and was now lying crumpled on the opposite side of the bed, giving me much more access let my hand rest on her upper back, mindlessly tracing circles on the outside of the thin fabric.

“I can feel your stare burning a hole in the back of my head…” Camila suddenly murmured and the movements of her lips against my skin caused small contractions that I desperately tried to contain.

“Sorry,” I apologized and expected for her to peek up, but instead she remained with her face nuzzled close to me. “Aren’t you scared of anyone coming in?” I queried in wonderment but immediately regretted the words as her head popped up and she removed herself from me, eyes flickering around the room after uninvited witnesses.

I frowned and sat myself up, watching her jump off the bed and putting on her hoodie, running a hand through her messy locks.

“I’m usually the one who refuses to cuddle after waking up…” I muttered and surprised myself with my own bluntness.

She looked up and let her gaze zoom in on me, trapping me with her chocolate colored eyes.

“Lauren. I’m sorry…” She apologized in her a raspy tone and I watched the guilty expression settle, “I…I shouldn’t have done that.” She hesitated and I put a hand on hers, ignoring the tingling that erupted.

“Camz, it’s fine.” I assured, “I was joking, don’t worry. It didn’t mean anything.”

She nodded her head and I would have smiled, if I hadn’t just told the biggest lie since I convinced my high school teacher that I didn’t sleep in one of our batting cages.

“Ok, then I’ll go change into my uniform before Dr. Gray fire me for being sustained.” She joked and gave away a half-hearted smile. “I’ll talk to you later? I’ve a surprise for you.”

The tingling that spread after that statement was ridiculously consuming. I didn’t even bother to cover up the face-eating grin that appeared on my face. Instead I raised my eyebrows amusingly and in a husked out, “Sure, I’m looking forward to it. I’m usually not sleep with the same girl twice though.”

It took a second before she caught up and rolled her eyes, “Don’t you ever get your head out of the gutter?”

I shook my head, “Not really, but it wasn’t there now!” I unconvincingly claimed and she shook her head slightly, clearly not buying a single word.
