"Okay, Luke, that is clearly not what I meant to ask." I reply, my voice shaky. "What is wrong with you? How did you do that to me?"

He looks a little offended at first and then sighs, backing up to take a seat on my bed, but he falls through the bed and hits the floor, quickly becoming frustrated again.

"Okay, well, first of all, nothing is wrong with me." He says and I scoff, bringing my hand to my head again. "Second of all... I don't know."

"What do you mean you don't know? How do you not know?" I shout back, throwing my hands in the air exaggeratedly.

"You ask too many questions." He laughs and begins to pace when I don't laugh along with him.

"Explain yourself." I shout and he finally stops pacing.

"Okay," he throws his hands out in front of him. "Fine. My name is Luke and, like I said, I need your help. You have to find me."

I look around the room before stating, "Find you? You're insane. You're standing right in front of me."

"But I'm not!" he shouts, "You're not getting it."

"Then why don't you actually try explaining to me what in Gods name is actually wrong with you?"

I'm frustrated and still dizzy, finding it a little hard to look straight at him. I look down to my arm, where he touched me and watch as a hand mark forms along the curve of my elbow, only its not like I've been hit, but like I've been burned.

My eyes are the size of saucers and some sort of cross between a groan and a scream emits from deep within my throat.

My head starts to pound, like its got a beat of its own.

My heart starts to thud faster than its ever has before.

My chest starts to hurt, as if I've been hit fifty times in over the span of a millisecond and the screaming groan keeps coming out of me and I don't know how to make it stop.

Everything's blurry and I start to have trouble catching my breath.

"What time is it?" My voice is rushed and another groan echoes through my room.

"I don't know." he sighs and it looks like he puts his head in his hands as he groans. "My hand hurts!"

He holds his hand out and I make out the drops of blood falling from his skin, but right as they reach my carpet, they vanish into thin air and never touch or stain the rough material.

"What time is it?" my voice is shaky and more rushed than before and I bring my hand to my arm to try and do something about the burning sensation that slowly creeps throughout my arm.

"I said I don't know." he repeats and shakes his hand, as if to rid of the pain.

My arm stings all over and I feel as if I could pass out at any moment. A scream builds up in the back of my throat and I fade into unconsciousness but am quickly brought back from it and let out a scream.

It echoes through my ears and the burning feeling doesn't seem to fade. Tears build up in the corner of my eyes, but I refuse to let them out. I squeeze my eyes shut and try not to focus on the pain.

"What time is it?" I scream, but I can't hear a word he says as my screams continue to echo through my ears.

All at once, everything stops and I can breathe and the burn fades, my vision is restored and Luke is kneeling on the ground next to me.

I can't hold back the tears anymore and they fall freely down my face as I ask again,

"Please, oh my god, please just tell me the time. I need to know what time it is."

But I turn my head to look up the clock above my dresser without waiting for a reply.

"One thirty-two." I repeat to myself at least seven times, waiting for my breathing to return to normal.

"Okay," I breathe. "I'm okay."

"I don't know what that was." I had forgotten that he was here, and when I look over to him, everything is calm and I notice the sound of the radio still playing in the back ground.

He looks scared and confused, like he genuinely doesn't know what just happened. When I look down to my elbow again, the hand mark is still there, clear as day.

"Why do you need my help?" I ask, and use the back of my hand to wipe the trail of tears that had partially dried on my face.

He perks up and starts to speak, "I need your help because I am dying and you're the only one who can save me. What just happened to you has never happened before. I-I've touched people before and that's never happened. It must be because you really are the one. Without you, I'll die."
