while they were walking keith went up to where her ears might be and whisper breakfast or dinner 

oh dinner whisper back vrek 

so keith ate his breakfast and vrek let him train some more with her sword and when he ask how was they going to fight vrek just say that she will lie to another blade member to get a sword for him and ask what kind of sword he use which keith said he was just gave a sword  so keith was training until vrek told him to rest and follow her which he did so was lying on the bed until dinner he finish after vrek and they went to the training area 

are you sure noone will come ask keith as he was given a sword

keith and vrek were almost level with each other expect keith wasnt good at denfence and he was losing then vrek said is that the best you got because if it isnt i will have to lie to kolivan and i am sure he willnt help then

vrek head towards keith then turn back and said so he might be the best sword person in the group 

no one else use a sword and lance and i were not as half as good as keith. Allura and Coran were on your guys level and pidge , hunk were bad so yeah if you are talking about the paladin then yes smile shiro

keith had walk away and went straight to bathroom to see it empty and he close the door he knew no one would noticed they were listening to the leader then keith got onto his bed and went to sleep 

keith woke again everyone was in bed then he look down to see shiro sleeping peacefully then he got up and walk to the door but he walk into kolivan

its fine anyway why did you walk away you could have put salt in the wond said kolivan 

i didnt need to neither did i want to said keith trying to walk past kolivan but then kolivan grab his arm and pull him down the hall ways then into a room and push keith onto an hospitals cot and went to grab something then keith saw it .it was an needle keith try to run but kolivan grab his arm and sat him on the hospital cot and then call for someone

keith was still being push down when two people came in

i need you guys to push keith down and i am wondering if he is this strong that i can feel it then i hate to see shiro at full strength now one of you push keith down or calm him down and the another creating a hole where i can put the needle said kollivan 

antok went to push keith down and vrek cut the piece of clothing over his cubital fossa is on his left and right arm then step back

vrek put her hand over keith mouth while kolivan felt his veins like doctor on earth do to see which is stronger and he was going to bit vrek hand until he felt a pain in his right arm and scream but only some bit of it could be heard and tear were coming out of his eyes once the needle was out kolivan banged it up and said shiro also got this easier but i didnt want the same thing that happen when you were 5 to happen again and noway am i letting him near our enquiment

you can go now said kolivan looking at antok and vrek then he start to walk away  

keith went to got up but kolivan came over and said not you keith shiro had to sleep for atleast an hour so dont get up and go to sleep 

keith just stare that kolivan then he got under the cover and he went to sleep on the hospital cot
