*Rosaliya's P.O.V.*
After two hours of waiting my name is called.
"Rosaliya 'Rose' Garcia, please come to the stage to receive your diploma", Our principle announced.
I walk up and shake all the teachers hands, and say thank you more times than I could count. I walk off and see my dad cheering me on. As I confidently strut back to my seat I see my dog in my dad's hands. And I think to myself, this is going to be a great summer.
*Time skip*
Today was great. I went to two or three graduation parties. Then I came home and cuddled my dog and ate a home cooked meal for dinner. I didn't want to go out mainly because I had no one to go with.
It was terrible. I guess I could have gone but I didn't feel like socializing.
*??? P.O.V.*
"Guys 11 more days until I can see what my soul mate write on their arm!" I say statically
When it hits the two month mark from when you are supposed to meet your soul mate, you can see what they write on their right fore arm. This is typically the time you get to know the basics. Like, male or female. And stuff like that. But since the match makers have power of what each person can see a lot of stuff is blocked. Like, where they live, how old they are, or where they work. Really the match makers put a micro chip in us when we were around two. This micro chip tells your brain the choices to make that lead up to the moment you meet your soul lmate. And after you meet your soulmate the chip immediately shuts off. If the parents were back up matches for one another the child would be most likely to be paired with the back up partner's child.
*Rosaliya' s P.O.V.*
I haven't told my dad how much time I have left on my timer. Every time he asked I always told him a handful of years so he wouldn't worry. But I think I'm gonna tell him now.
"DADDDDD!!! CAN YOU COME DOWNSTAIRS??!!", I yell
"Okay! Give me a minute!", He says as I see him come out of the bathroom.
He comes downstairs and sits next to me and asks, "Is there something wrong?"
"No, no. Of course not.", I say and his face softens," But I have been lying to you about the time on my timer." I confess
He looks at me with shock and gives me the, continue face.
"I told you I have a couple years left but really. I have two months and eleven days.", I say
"I already knew that. I've been looking when you sleep since you were a baby. I just didn't think time would have gone by so fast."
