Third Person POV:

After the two woke up, Jungkook had to leave for work. He left Jimin's home early and took his things with him so he could get ready at home and take a shower, "I'll be back tonight alright? Do you want pizza for dinner?"

"Sure, thanks Kook, be safe!" Jimin smiled after he left.

He then decided to feed his precious little feline friend. After the kitten ate, Jimin decided to play a little with Serendipity for a little while before he goes and takes a quick shower.

In the middle of their play, Jimin got a phone call as the kitten pounced onto his leg, lightly biting it.

"Hello?" Jimin spoke.

"J-Jimin, come home... p-please come home! I n-need your help!"

"M-mom!?" His eyes widened, hurriedly standing up, "What's wrong, are you okay!? I'm coming over quickly!" He frantically put his shoes on and ran out the door, leaving Serendipity bewildered.

When Jimin arrived home, his mother was on the floor, gasping for air. The boy ran to grab her inhaler from a cabinet and rushed back to her, grabbing her up in his arms, placing the inhaler into her mouth, "B-breathe mom, breathe!" Pushing the inhaler, releasing a cold air into her mouth as she breathed fully inwards twice, the cold air entering her lungs, she calmed a bit and Jimin let out a relieve sigh.

There were pills scattered across the floor, and a shattered glass as well. Jimin sat his mother up, his mother was just released from the hospital a month ago, she had lung and heart problems constantly. After she was released, Jimin stayed with her every day, but since she was much better and doing well, she told Jimin that she was fine and that he could go home.

After today, she's been proven wrong. Her symptoms and such are occurring yet again.

"I shouldn't have left you!" He cried.

His mother grabbed his arm weakly, panting lightly. Helping his mother stand, "Mom, stay with me, let me help you up." He choked.

Jimin immediately took his mother and drove to the hospital. There, the nurses took her to the ER, and Jimin had to sit outside, panicking inside, tapping his foot against the floor constantly in anxiousness, he was scared and anxiety was running through his whole body.

Why the sudden call, why was she on the floor, why did she tell me that she was fine, and why did everything suddenly come back to her? All of these questions were eating at his brain, and he couldn't help but tear up.

After 8 painstakingly long hours in the hospital waiting, one of the nurses came out with her head hung low. She straightened her back and called, "Park Jimin?"

He picked his head up and stood up on his feet immediately, "Y—yes? Is everything alright? Is she okay?"

Breathing in deeply, the nurse asked, "You are her son correct?", He nodded. "I'm sorry," She paused, putting a hand on his shoulder, "but the patients heart has stopped beating, there were several major internal blood clots, she had been suffering severe angina as well."

Those words rang through Jimin's ears in disbelief, in the past she suffered from angia, but it was never as bad as what happened today. he couldn't control himself, "Let me see her, please..." He whispered desperately.

"We can not let you enter yet, you would have to shortly for—"

"Let me see my mother!!" He yelled angrily. He was collapsing inside, everyone's attention was directed to him.

A few moments afterwards, doctors and nurses came out with her body covered in a white sheet of cloth.

The same questions were asked, the same answers were given, but one there was one that stood out which gave him a harsh pang in the heart.

"Are there any other relatives?" The doctor asked.

Jimin froze. His mother only had two brothers, one died young before he was able to get married, and the other was in a car accident with his wife. Not only that, but his father was very ill as well and had passed away a few years ago due to septic shock.

He was left alone, with only his friends, and his only family member that was left, was his mother. His father was an only child unfortunately, just like Jimin. But now, he truly has no family to rely on in life.

The doctor snapping him out of it, asked the same question again, Jimin hung his head low and simply said, "No." in a soft yet defeated tone.

The doctors and nurses looked at each other in pity, and back to Jimin. After the doctor wrote a few things down onto his clipboard, he handed a small card and a slip, "Park Jimin. Her death certificate will be written shortly as well as her documents, we will take care of the issue and call the undertakers for you. Her body will then safely be taken and preserved at a maximum of three days until buried to where you would like for her to rest by your permission."

Taking the slip, out of his own mind, he nodded, "You will have to call and make an arrangement for her funeral soon. After you have done so, please call the undertakers. Their number is on the card I have given you as well as the address if you'd like to meet them in person." The doctor explained. "I am sorry for your loss." Placing a hand onto his shoulder, then walking away to grab his mothers documents, and papers that need to be signed as well as her death certificate.

Heaving a sad and shaky sigh, "Thanks." Jimin muttered and sat back down in the spot he was sitting in earlier ago.

Taking in all the doctors information made his head hurt, and his heart ached far too much for the loss of his beloved mother. Everything was going smoothly, but it all came back crashing down onto him way too sudden and abruptly.
