Old Friendships

Getting up the next morning wasn't easy. My head killed and the pain in my stomach was getting worse. "For god sake. Why today?" I questioned Meredith, yes my period is called Meredith, who has decided to plague my body this week.

I decided to have another shower to waken up more and feel more clean. I got a little carried away because the time I got out it was 8:00am. School starts at 8:40am.

Grrrrr not today. I got changed as fast as I could gave very little effort into my outfit. Which contains of a cropped purple hoodie, washed out blue jeans with white trainers. Very basic? Yes I know. (Specifics at the top)

I brushed my teeth, put my hair in a messy bun, packed my bag, grabbed an apple and off to school I go.

I made it to school and I'm 10 minutes late but luckily teachers are having assembly so I've got like another 20 minutes. I saw Jasmine and Christina talking at my locker so I made my overdramatic entrance.

"JASMINE! CHRISTINA! GIRLY CHAT LIKE NOW PLEASE" I shouted and dragged them both into the girls toilets. "Whats wrong Annabelle?" Christina asked looking concerned.
"Jack. He's been a total dick." I said very, very unhappy.

I told them everything that happened and I mean everything, every single detail. "Jesus Christ clearly my chat with him didn't stay in his brain" Jasmine said, "I honestly thought Jack was a lot better than that" Christina said disappointed. I don't blame her.

On our way walking into tutor Jasmine spoke up "I know what we all should do this weekend". "What?" I asked I wasn't really in the mood to do anything. "We should all have a girls night together" she mentioned as we all sat down.

Reece heard this conversation and kept asking if he can come which irritated me very quickly. I gave Jasmine the look of tell your boyfriend to shut up and Christina just laughed at the facial expression I gave to J.

"Its called a girly night reecey, we sit and talk crap about people we don't like"

"But I can be a girl! You can paint my nails and put a face mask on me I don't mind!"

"As much as I'd love to put a facemask on you. It's not going to happen this time, because if you listen closely you can hear me not caring."

"And my day just got better" I mentioned and I went to class early because I had PE. I was quite pleased with myself we were playing rounders, and I got 3 rounders!

Anyways it took me the whole of break just to look presentable for my next lesson. It was the first time I had History this week, so I didn't have a clue on who will be in my class.

Not even a second of being in that classroom I was already told to sit at the back. No idea if that's a good thing or not. I reached into my bag to get my pencil case and stuff out until I heard a familiar voice. The teacher said he had to sit next to me I looked up to see who it is. Corbyn Besson, that's who.

"Hey Annabelle" he said wiggling his eyebrows up down "You never fail to make me laugh" I said giggling.

History was a massive bore, Sir strictly gave out instructions of 'no talking' otherwise we get a detention. I didn't fancy another one of those so I stayed quite and did my work.

*bell for lunch*

I put everything I used this lesson back into my bag. I could see Corbyn was waiting for me, I wonder why I thought. "You're waiting for me because?" I questioned "Is that obvious" he said, "Very".

"Is it cool if we hang out together this lunch. Just you and me" he asked, "I'm confused. Why? Shouldn't you be with Christina or someone" I am confusion. "Maybe but we haven't hanged out for a while" he mentioned, he did have a point we have haven't hanged out in forever. I eventually gave in and chose to spend my lunch with him.

Let's just say the whole 40 minutes was just spent on us taking the piss out of teachers, and talking about really cringey memories we had when we were younger.

Surprisingly, me and Corbyn had 5th & 6th period together. So those two lessons were a banger, which went by really quickly but you know the saying, 'you're having fun when time flys by'.

I saw George by the gate and shouted "GEORGE!" he turned around figuring out where the voice came from. I rolled my eyes and walked up to him "Over here dummy" I said "Ha ha very funny Anna" I smiled in return. "You're walking home with me" I demanded and he didn't hesitate to say no.

We both went our separate ways and I went home so I could back to watching Game of Thrones. I'm only on season 1 but Jon Snow is a quite cute. If I was in Game of Thrones I would so be a Queen imagine all the power you can have?
