What a big discovery. Mr.Colby!? How is my family involved in this? I reach out to my Nokia 3310( yes, I haven't charged this baby for days, and its still has battery life😊) , and attempt to phone the police, but realized that if I had to call them up, my family is going to be suspicious as to how they(the police) know about Mr.Colby.
I had decided to, go back outside, and, vacuum seal the bag again, with Mr.Colby inside. Yes, I felt like a horrible individual, but if I dug deeper into this mystery, I could bring down all of their devious operations, I can save some many lives, including mine! But one mistake and its all over.
Going back inside the house, trying to stop weeping, Gran Wickley stops me. Thinking that she had seen me outside , I tell her I needed air. Surprised, she just wanted to know what to make for lunch. I tell her that roast chicken would be nice. I briskly walk back to my room, before I could abruptly be stoped by 'Pa Wickleys. He had given me a stern look. I also told him that I'd been outside for some air. Once again, taken by astonishment, he just wanted to know if we could play a game of cards. I politely refused, knowing that I had to do more important 'projects' , and walked away. I could hear my grandparents chatting in the kitchen, asking each other if I had found out about "Mission C".
Well, yes , I know about "Mission C", but they shouldn't know.
I think about what I've seen and heard , ever since I went to Steelwoods University and came back to my grandparents home. Why does it have to be my family? Why do I have to have some suspicion that theres some connection between the missing vase and the death of Mr.Colby? I need to do some more in-depth research about this.
As soon as dusk falls, my grandparents get ready for sleep, and I realise that I can snatch this as my opportunity to dig deeper. I grab my grandma's spare bunny bedroom slippers( yes, the extremely luxurious and fluffy shoes that has a sweet scent😂) and walk down to the study, and go through the books. I even take out the books a little bit just in case they are using '5-Minute Crafts' tips and tricks to hide things.
Finally, after a good 2 hours, I find this huge big black box. Its 2 times bigger than the PlayStation 5 box😱! Its really dusty, not to say heavy. I wore latex gloves to not get my fingerprints on the box. Aware of what extents my family can go to, I decide to not do everything in a single night, as I could tire very quickly( well, now faster, as theres no coffee. That dog of ours love coffee...😂). I try to keep the box back as quietly as I can, but then...
THE DOG STARTED CHEWING AT MY GRANNY'S BUNNY SHOES.
Yes, I handled the situation very nicely.
One - I panicked
Two - I weighed the box back into the hiding spot
Three - I tried shaking the dog of the shoe, which didnt go well at all. The shoe got torn and there was fluff everywhere, you could compare it to a humongous popcorn that just popped and little itty bits of flavouring being dropped everywhere. It was very bad.
I quickly cleaned up the mess and headed to the kitchen with the dog. 'Pa Weasley came down to see what the ruckus was about, and to his surprise, all he saw was me making a cup of hot cocoa(no coffee, remember?) With the dog at my heels, at 11pm. Surely you would think I'd get some sort of scolding, but all he did was stare at me for some time, then the dog, and then telling the dog' my poopsie, you are getting a boopsiee!'( I have no idea what that meant, but anyways...) And headed towards his bedroom.
I now need to really be aware of my surroundings, and also, need to spray some sort of repellent on shoes that has a weird scent that attracts animals( not to mention the really fat mosquito that's always in the kitchen) . I have my cocoa in peace, when, at this hour, hear someone calling"Englishman, I know you are in there, and you better come out you slime ball!😡"
Who was that?!😱
