Chapter 33

Jenna's POV:

My mouth hung open as Amanda walked in. She was smiling brightly until her gaze fell on me. She looked like she was about to come over to me, but she was staring at Stella. I looked at Stella and she shrugged.

Amanda rushed out, and I swore I saw some tears streaming down her eyes. Stella shifted uncomfortably beside me.

" Who was that? " she asked quietly.

I sighed. " My best friend... "

She looked at me with a puzzled look on her face. " Then why didn't she come say hello? "

I shook my head. " I dunno. "

Harry sat down across from me and handed us our food.

" Who was that girl? " he asked.

" Amanda.. don't you remember her? "

His eyes widened. " You mean the girl that was in the car with you when.. "

I nodded. He just shook his head, as if to shake the memory from his head. Sometimes I wish I could too, but then I remember that I wouldn'tve met Niall or any of the boys.

Louis' POV:

I opened my eyes groggily. I was so tired. I felt beside me for Stella and wrapped my arms around her. She mumbled something and I opened my eyes further and my mouth dropped open.

I did not see the fiery red hair that I was used to. I saw blonde hair. I didn't see the caramel brown eyes I was used to, I saw green.

I jumped and scooted away from her. I stood up. " W-who are you? " I stuttered.

She sat up, confused. " I'm Emma... What's gotten into you Louis? "

I backed away further. Did I...sleep with her?! No..no that couldn't be. I was with Stella last night...right?

" Lou, come back. " she said with a frown.

I shook my head. " I-I can't.. I gotta go.. this was a mistake. "

I looked around for my shirt and jeans and slipped them on.

" Louis what are you talking about? You said you wanted this.. last night you said.. "

I cut her off. " I don't know what I said but this was just a huge mistake. " I muttered, walking out the door.

I had no idea where I was or where my car was. I grabbed my phone out of my pocket and dialed Harry's number.

" Hello? "

" I'm in deep, mate. " I said, my voice cracking.

" Lou? W-What's wrong?? " he asked, worry filling his tone. I heard a girls voice in the background.

" Is Stella there? "

" Yeah.. why? " he asked.

" Don't let her hear this.. can you like go somewhere private? "

He sighed and muttered something I couldn't hear. I heard a door opening and some shuffling.

" Alright, what happened? "

" Truthfully, I'm not sure. I woke up today next to some girl named Emma and she said that I slept with her last night but she said that's what I wanted and I ... I just.. " I choked out as tears began to fall down my face. I sat down on the curb with my head in my hands.

Harry sighed. " Lou, you are in deep. "

I cried harder. " I know. "
