Chapter 17

Jenna's POV:

I'd been avoiding Harry ever since he kissed me. I know I said I didn't want it to ruin our friendship, but I was trying to keep myself for falling for him. It was turning out to be more diffucult than I thought it would be.

I couldn't keep my mind off of the way his dimples showed when he smiled, and the way his emerald green eyes sparkled when he looked at me with that longing in his veins. His hair, and how it was swiftly pushed up. Everything about him made it hard for me to not like him.

But I loved Niall too. I loved him with all of my heart, my being. All of me loved all of him, and nothing could stop that. It made me feel horrible that I felt this way about Niall, and that I basically felt the same about Harry.

" Jenna? Hellooo?? " Liam said, waving his hand in front of my face and pulling me from my thoughts.

" Wha.. huh? " I said, blinking.

He laughed and shook his head at me. " I said, what are you thinking so hard about? "

" Oh. " I looked at the floor of our room. Niall was downstairs at the pool with Harry, leaving Liam and I alone in the room.

" You can tell me anything, remember? " he said softly.

I sighed. " But I can't tell you this. " I whispered, barely audible but loud enough to assure he could hear me.

He looked at me with a puzzled look on his face. " And why's that? "

" Because... it's a secret. "

" But.. "

I cut him off, " It's someone else's secret. Not mine. "

He sighed in defeat. " Okay. "

He got up and walked into the kitchen. I figured I had annoyed him, but I couldn't tell. I decided to check my phone, which I hadn't done in almost 3 days. I had 3 texts and 4 more voicemails from my parents, mainly my mother. I decided to ignore the voicemails again, I didn't think I could take any more stress.

The 3 texts where from Amanda:

* Hey, don't worry about those other texts *

* Can I ask you something?? *

* JENNAA!! *

I shook my head and smiled. I sent back;

* What?? *
