University, where people usually go to get a degree and party. For Link? He planned on staying on the degree part. And he hoped his roommate would let him do that. Link shuddered as he drove to the university. He hated sharing rooms or houses with people ever since his parents died. So when he got the letter last week that he would be sharing a room with someone and got his key, Link almost dropped out and started online classes, Zelda convinced him to go and at least give the roommate and university a chance. Link pulled into the parking lot and parked. First he had to go to the main office and get his ID, then he was able to go to his dorm. Link walked into the main office and walked to the front desk. A lady with white hair and blue eyes looked up at him.

"Ah, you're Link, yes?" She asked and Link nodded and the lady clicked a few keys on her keyboard then stood up.
"Right this way please." She said and walked into another office in which Link followed. She had Link sit on a stool and got out a camera and put it in front of Link. She seemed enthusiastic to take the picture. Link nervously and shyly smiled as she made a 'smile' gesture. The picture was snapped and then the short, white-haired lady went back over to her computer and Link stood on the other side of the desk. She picked up a phone and typed a few numbers in and then went back to work on the computer. Link figured she was making up his ID card.
"Can you come down here and show Link where you guys are staying?" A pause, "I don't care if you're busy, he needs your help." Then she hung the phone up. She didn't say anything and was looked to a special printer. The lady took a card out and joyfully handed it to Link.
"Here is your ID card! I'm Purah and am here to help if you need any. Your roommate will be here soon to show you to your dorm." The lady, Purah, said and then turned back to the computer to work. Link went to go sign something but sighed and just stood by the doorway and put his student ID card in a lanyard with his driver's license.

Finally, after about five minute a guy with navy blue hair, and slightly tan skin walked into the office and wore a jean jacket, a black T-shirt, some jeans and some running shoes.
"So where is he?" The male asked and Purah pointed to Link and Link caught his breath. This was his roommate? Link shoved his hands in his pockets and the other walked over to him and was about five inches taller then Link.
"I'm Revali, your roommate." The blue-haired male said as he leaned on the door. Link nodded and looked at Revali, then the door. Revali took that as a sign to bring him to the dorm so Revali stepped out of the office and Link followed.

The two walked in comfortable silence to the parking lot. The dorms were off campus but were still bought and were owned by the university. Revali got on his motorcycle and Link got in his car. The two pulled out of the parking lot and Link followed in his car. They finally pulled into the apartment parking lot and Link parked right next to Revali and got out, he stood nervously though to the side as Revali checked his phone.
"What do you have to bring in?" Revali asked and Link opened the passenger door of his car and grabed one box labeled 'clothes' and set it on the hood of his car and then grabbed another labeled 'misc'. Link closed the door with his hip.
"Not a talker?" Revali asked, smug as could be. He grabbed the 'clothes' box and Link looked down then grabbed the other box and made a gesture for Revali to lead the way. Revali rolled his eyes and then walked to the nearest building and up three flights of stairs. Link had followed and waited as Revali unlocked the door.

Link walked in to the apartment, not really a dorm and was perfectly content with the size. Revali placed the box he had in front of a door.
"You'll sleep in here. My room is over there." Revali said and pointed down the hall. Link nodded.
"I never got your name." Revali said as he turned to walk away to his room or the living room which they walked through earlier on their way in. Link tapped Revali on the shoulder after he set his box down. He brought his hands up and started to sign.
"The name is L-I-N-K. Yes, I am mute." Link was hesitate in his signing but finally was able to sign it without shaking. Revali seemed stunned but just kept a straight face.
"Well thank you for the name and information." Revali said then headed towards the living room. Link turned and opened his door and then heard Revali clear his throat.
"And Link?" Revali's voice echoed just as Link turned around to see Revali with a smirk on his face.
"Have fun. And whatever you do, don't let anyone get too loud" And then Revali walked to the living room. Link stood there in shock for a few minutes because Revali literally just made that  kind of joke.

Link groaned mentally and opened his bedroom door and threw his boxes on the bed and pulled his phone out of his pocket. Twenty-three texts. Mostly from Sidon. Link shrugged and threw his phone onto the the nightstand and he sat cross-legged on the bed. Normally Link hated the color blue, refusing to wear anything that color, but the way that it looked on Revali wasn't that bad. Link shook his head and leaned against the wall. He was stuck with an asshole roommate and no proper way to communicate. That's when it hit him, Revali understood his ASL.
