Joules' POV

Lucius took the shock wave that Zoran had meant to hit me with. He lay on the ground, electricity sparking all over his body. He got up, facing Zoran with blue electricity crackling.
I suppose now would be a good time to tell you. Different colors of electricity represent different levels of power. Yellow, like Zoran's, is the weakest, blue, like Lucius and I, is the next level up, strong but not perfect. The last and most powerful level is white. White electricity will kill you if you get too close.
Lucius looked murderous. "Look, buddy, I don't know who you think you are, coming to ask for shelter then attacking us. Mind telling me what happened?" Lucius said with an edge in his voice. Zoran began to fear him, and told him everything.
"Well then, we were going to let you stay, but since you threatened my girlfriend, I think you should go now." Lucius said, and Zoran ran off.
Girlfriend? I thought to myself, he's never asked me out. We just acknowledged how we felt. Lucius sensed that I was uncomfortable and decided to explain.
"I'm sorry, Joules. I just didn't know how to make him leave. I know I never asked you out, but, I'd really like it if you'd be my girlfriend. Joules Faemon, will you go out with me?"

"I'm sorry, Joules. I just didn't know how to make him leave. I know I never asked you out, but, I'd really like it if you'd be my girlfriend. Joules Faemon, will you go out with me?" I nervously asked. I knew she was uncomfortable when I called her my girlfriend, but that was my only plan.
I feared she'd say no, so I was surprised and very excited when she said, "Yes."
"You....you mean it, Joules?" I said.
"Yeah. Besides, you were my boyfriend in my head, but you didn't ask me out and I didn't have the strength to, so I made you my boyfriend in my head." I laughed at her speech, making her smile.
I then decided to tease her and say, "So did I hear Zoran say that you loved me?"
She blushed and faced the other way, "No!"
"Ok, so you don't love me?" I asked.
"I...I didn't say that." She said.
"Make up your mind, woman!!!" I teased, making her scowl and then face me with a smile as she said, "Yes Lucius, I love you."
"Good. Because I love you, too." I said, and we walked away, hand in hand, to find another place to live. (Because Zoran could report the barn to the police.)
